The Hotel Infrastructure is great ...the service is very low poor quality. The hotel is well located, the room are big, ocean view and big space for relax. When it comes to restourant, dinner and breakfast, the services is very difficient. Dinner at the buffet is terrible. Lines before getting a table and they charge the buffet before the dinner and then you need pay again for the drinks... the renewal of food is occacional. The hot buffet run out of the main courses, and even the BBQ was not timely replaced. The lady of BBQ touched the meat with her on hand to test tenderness. The salads were ok, cheviche was good, but overall the buffet experience was bad. We had to almost beg for the drinks, and at the moment we finished, no desserts were left. The non-buffet restaurant is Ok, but it doesnt open on Mondays. The food there is good, but at the moment to charge the bill to the room, we had to pay the tip by Credit Card. Waiters said that if it is charged to the room, they dont get their tip!!! Breakfast is ok, but dont expect fresh bakery. The bread and others bakary pre-frozen. In summary, look TripAdvisor, if you look for a proper meals - restaurant at your hotel.

The hotel is fine, great breakfast, good view etc.... But the WIFI was a nightmare. They added so many WIFI restrictions, so I could not perform a video call via whats-app or perform teams meeting. Perhaps their WIFI network is so slow, so they probably intentionally closed the streaming or live calls, meetings etc. Also, when I checked in, I realized that the cleaning staff forgot to empty the trash can. I did complain, but all reception said, we can offer to empty the trash can now, which did not make since since I stayed there for one night.

Excellent Staff
A very nice stay, made even better by the excellent front desk staff. They were friendly and very helpful. Josseline was particularly gracious and assisted with my bus travel questions and other items. This made check-out a breeze and my stay in Antofagasta a smooth process.

Nice hotel but outdated. No coffee maker in the room, had limited mini bar, no glasses available in the room (had to call room service for glasses). Gym was closed for renovations but that was not shown upon making the reservation. I was recommended a nearby gym by the staff but ended up being a waste of time. They had no daily passes, only monthly or yearly. They were rude and not willing to help (Sportlife Angamos)
The hotel should have had an alternative for us, free of charge, for us to w/o.

Melhor hotel que ficamos em viagens pelos Chile. Foi um prazer, atenção nota 10, café da manhã delicioso, abundante e variado, ****** que dava pra ver do lobby, pra quem tem criança e não pode entrar é um gostinho bem interessante. Perto da praia para caminhar e ao lado da avenida com os restaurantes. A piscina estava em reforma quando chegamos, mas abriu antes e aproveitamos, além de ter recebido uma compensação em voucher. Ah, o restaurante por preço fixo está maravilhoso e é sem dúvida um imperdível.

La entrada estaba muy bonita. El desayuno era sagrado . La pieza tenía: Televisión, Terraza, Armario, Escritorio, Cafetera, Una cama, no había ningún microondas. El baño estaba bien sin desagüe. había ****** pegado en el hotel. También había gimnasio con trotadora, pesas y bola de pilates. Es cerca de la playa y de restoranes

Uno de los mejores hoteles en que estuve. Fui para año nuevo 2024. Y super relajado, habitaciones amplias y excelente vista al mar. A mi parecer céntrico y la atención a1. Y ni que hablar de la piscina.
