I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles in Antofagasta very much. The whole staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are not too small and not too big. I appreciate the environmental concept of the hotel, where they advise guests how to save water and do their part for the planet, and yet nothing is missing from the comfort. I could rest very well in the cozy bed with the soft sheets. The breakfast buffet offers everything one needs for a great start in the day. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Terrible. They charged me VAT twice (it was included in the price when I booked), and when I got to the hotel, they charged me again even though I explained I had already paid. Trip.com advertises misleadingly; it's a real scam. Don't book here.
The hotel also has terrible internet, few TV channels, and extremely rude staff. Never again. Terrible experience.

Small but ok
The rooms are small and the interior doesn't really allow to sit down and work on a laptop. Otherwise all fine.

Recomendable, con tus mascotas
Excelente ubicación,, todo limpio, muy amables, pero el desayuno falto mas variedad y algunos postres estaban amargos. Pero en general muy bien.
