酒店前台服務很熱情，尤其是賓客管理員何美更是周到，提供當地的美食和特色小吃等情況。客房乾淨整潔，設施完整好用，酒店周邊交通便利，地下停車出入方便。安順城市建設很不錯，也是一座可以旅居的城市，下次還會再來並住在這家帶有温泉的酒店。

酒店的温泉應該是整個安順市最好的，泡了以後身上很舒服很好睡覺，但是房間的地板一有就吱嘎吱嘎的響，酒店衹有一個電梯也不太方便。
位置也非常好，就在古城和水庫旁邊，帶娃值得一宿，但是設施確實衹是一般的水平，要求高的可以住對面然後過來泡温泉，但是主要響泡温泉的住這個還是方便。

房間很大，服務很好，特別是前台的服務尤其好。温泉的種類很多，有小朋友的水上樂園，有無邊泳池，小朋友超級喜歡，直接不想回家了。可惜沒照房間的照片，體驗感挺好的。

好的方面，小繆管家服務很熱情！手動點贊！服務是熱情的，酒店設施確實不值，不知道是不是温泉酒店，被子都是潮濕的感覺。空調出風口對着床，風量開到最小還很冷。電梯少，每次要等！最糟糕的早餐，品類少，地方小，餐廳接待能力有限，就差端碗在門口吃了。兩次看到夾餐的夾子掉地上，沒人管又被放回去繼續使用了，裏面還在吃早餐，旁邊客服就已經在打掃衞生，牆上掛着食品安全等級C級。咱也不懂，住的酒店不少，這家，除了服務熱情，其他方面確實不值，也許因為我純路過沒泡温泉。

首先要説的就是，酒店的服務真的很好，所有人都很熱情，我們一家人都非常滿意，停車也方便，酒店有停車場且有充電車位，房間還送雙人無限次温泉，温泉面積雖然不大，但是魚療池，水療池都有，還有一些特色的苗葯池，挺好的。性價比超出預期。下次來安順一定再來這家酒店。
光泡温泉和出去玩了，沒拍酒店照片，酒店很好，沖就是了。

由於最近天氣炎熱，想找個涼快的地兒待上幾天，又不想太勞碌奔波，做了幾天的攻略決定來貴州省的安順找個酒店蹲。因為帶着孩子，考慮她能有玩的優先選擇親子酒店，看到了百靈温泉，裏面大人泡温泉，小朋友也有遊樂園和小童泳池，都兼顧了。旁邊就是虹山湖，風景好，離古城也近，連住了三晚整體感覺很好，服務也棒，前台小何熱情周到，下次來安順還會選擇這裏入住噢！
