入住很快捷友好，前台繆經理服務很專業，對設施服務都很熟悉，體驗很好，有問題回覆速度很快。
温泉種類很多，私密性比較好，露天的一個個小池子有不同的功效。
適合朋友聚會，家庭出行。
床的硬度真的超級舒適，睡得很香🥰

這是一間性價比很高的酒店，我們住進去非常滿意又續住了一天。位置好，緊靠虹山湖，散步超方便，風景優美。附近特色餐館多，就餐很方便。酒店房間裡佈局合理，設施齊全，比較大的衣帽間（放行李隱蔽又方便）還有寬大舒適的寫字枱和桌椅，衞生間也特別寬敞，面對湖邊有一扇紗窗，很通透，處處都給人一種家的感覺。服務員熱情周到，對我們年紀比較大的人很照顧親切，感覺很温暖。

這是第二次預訂這家酒店，去完黃果樹瀑布之後，又再次入住了一晚，小朋友非常喜歡室內的小童水上樂園和恆温泳池，温泉也不錯。環境很好，早餐不錯，值得推薦！
