A big hotel. It has a big swimming pool and a hot spring pool. We are happy that we got upgraded to a suite room.

Excellent hotel . Love that robot making delivery . We have had all 3 nts meals at the Cantonese restaurant . Excellent services and their fresh steamed 石班魚 , if you order with them early in the day before 1pm , was soooo fresh and steamed to perfection . Their pool is excellent , one of the biggest pool .. needless to mention several hot spring pool with different heat to suit individuals .. both indoor and outdoor . Pity l didn’t get to visit the 2 floors shopping . My husband is glad 😃

總體體驗太差，原因如下：1.作為一個五星級酒店，大廳和門口一個服務人員沒有，進門看不到人，下雨天車停什麼位置連個指引都沒有，閘機口也沒有工作人員。2.攜程提前預訂的酒店，辦理入住的時候被要求繳納按金200元，請問一個高星級酒店收200元按金帶來的噁心程度不亞於吃飯吃到蒼蠅。3.酒店設施陳舊，沙發裂痕掉皮，桌子不穩，墊一本一釐米的旅遊手冊剛剛好，廁所沒有馬桶圈，房間風光灰暗（後打電話給前台增加了枱燈來改善）。4.本人攜家帶口入住，兩個孩子，一個1.28米，一個1.1米身高，被前台要求每個房間衹能兩位去就餐，雖然第二天早上和餐廳工作人員交涉後正常就餐，但是入住的時候關於早餐的位數告知太噁心人，這是一個星級酒店幹出來的事情嗎？1.28米的孩子在全國任何地方也不可能按照成人算，何況還有一個1.1米的孩子，温德姆集團是沒見過錢嗎？5.退房的時候，前台告知，客人可以先離店，工作人員檢查房間後沒有問題，按金原路返回，我主動要求馬上去檢查，如果有問題方面説清，前台人員才安排保潔去查看，前後花費近10分鐘，請問一個收取按金的五星酒店能幹這樣的事情嗎？

除了房間可以以外，其他的真的很差。不敢去泡温泉，太臟了。早餐的水準跟2星的酒店差不多。咖啡機壞了，連續兩天都不能使用。反饋的問題沒人理會的。按照這樣的水準，260元一晚差不多。

非常糟糕的體驗，我跟朋友一人定了一節，他一個女孩子晚上入住，我們都沒注意，早上睡醒了才發現沙發旁邊還有一支煙，説明這酒店清潔做得非常不認真。
我訂的房間也很差勁，酒店的環境啊，裝修啊都還可以，但是真的細節很差勁，在安順這個地方這個價位這個情況有點不值
