Comfy room. The hotel used lotsa woods and it smell so good especially at the lobby.

An interesting concept for the hotel. It really aims towards cultural / arts visitors with its decor, informational books in your room, etc. No complaints about the service and amenities, only small issue is the city layout itself. Not a problem if you're calling in taxis though, and it's fairly close to a lot of restaurants.

Avoid lightning! ! ! The overall service environment is not worthy of the star hotel rating given by the platform. 1. The hotel looks quite grand from the outside, but there is no ramp leading to the lobby, which is not very friendly to girls with heavy luggage or people with disabilities. 2. There was a big gap in the door of the assigned room. Picture 2 is my door, and Picture 3 is my friend's door (to verify, I checked several adjacent rooms and they didn't have this problem). 3. The hotel's attention to detail is really not as good as that of general 3-star chain hotels. The corresponding facility floor was not informed when checking in, and there was no marking in the elevator. I contacted the front desk but the phone was not connected. Check-in said to dial 1111 4 times. My friend and I called several times and none of them worked (I had no choice but to run downstairs to ask). The Wi-Fi password was not disclosed and was not even marked in the room. 3. What makes me most dissatisfied is the service quality. My friend and I went downstairs at 22:07 to get the cocktails that came with the set meal. When I arrived, my friend was still waiting, so I immediately ran to the bar to ask how to place an order. The only female bartender on the scene told me to wait patiently while she prepared the "Whiskey Sour" cocktail that was served to everyone. I looked around and saw that we were the only ones who had just arrived, so I thought my friend would be the next one. At this time, a couple came, and the man went up to ask if there were any drinks not included in the set menu or ordered individually. The female bartender immediately showed great enthusiasm (after all, the spender had come, so her excitement was understandable). She mixed the drink, introduced it and served my friend's cocktail right away. Moreover, when he turned around and passed by me, he comforted me and asked me to wait patiently. I didn't think it mattered at the time. After all, waiting was normal as long as things were being done. However, after she paged the other two male bartenders, the female bartender began to enthusiastically introduce various types of wine to the couple, and when they expressed their desire to try Feitian Moutai, she took out her phone and immediately contacted various channels for communication. I? ? ? Okay no problem I thought my drink would be made by the two male bartenders who came in later. At 22:28, one of the male bartenders brought a cocktail and walked towards the couple, as shown in Figure 4. I looked over in confusion, but I thought mine should still be done, so I continued to wait. During this time, I saw the female bartender at the beginning walking out. When she passed by us, she looked at our table and said in a low voice, "This lady's drink..." I didn't hear clearly what happened next, and then she walked out. At 22:36 I saw them pick up another cup and walk towards the couple again, I! ! At this time, I stood up again and walked to the bar. I found out that the two male bartenders were not making my whiskey sour at all. So, does it mean that only those who pay are entitled to service?

Overall, the check-in experience was good. The hotel has its own cultural characteristics. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was infected by the atmosphere of the village: the little girl in the lobby was very enthusiastic when checking in, answered all questions, and was very considerate of customers; I arrived at the hotel at around 6 o'clock in the afternoon, tasted the afternoon tea arranged by the hotel, and also experienced the fire and chat around the fire; I had a good sleep.

I didn't have time to experience the hotel's afternoon tea and cocktails. Although it's a popular hotel, the cleaning lady and the front desk girl were very enthusiastic. They patiently answered our requests and questions. The hardware of the hotel room was also very good, especially the mattress and pillow (I have requirements for this), which allowed me to sleep well and have fun.

It's pretty good, there are a lot of food nearby, the girls at the front desk are also very welcoming, there are afternoon tea, breakfast, basically what you see is what you get, all are pretty good, you can also take a bus directly from the hotel to the falls, it's all very convenient.

The hotel has a warm environment, unique decoration style, convenient transportation, warm and thoughtful service, suitable for tourism and living. Anshun Tense Hotel, this is the first time I have chosen such a beautiful hotel in the city. I thought that such a hotel could only be found in the B&Bs of tourist attractions.
