這個酒店給我一種就像在家一樣的感覺，從進門開始服務人員很熱情，給我們辦理入住，入住酒店後，酒店的裝修設計很具有貴州民族特色，環境也特別好，還有洗衣房健身房，很方便。很開心的一次旅程，值得推薦

交通十分方便的一家酒店，開車出高速口不到十分鐘就到了。停車也比較方便，進入酒店正巧遇見大廳在做七夕活動的預熱，大廳的氛圍十分浪漫，服務員很熱情，幫我們搬行李。房間採光也好，曬着太陽喝茶太愜意，必須滿分！

來到安順，主要是來看黃果樹瀑布，進入酒店後，前台的工作人員非常熱情，幫助我們辦理入住並指引我們到達入住房間，作為一個外地旅客，感覺到非常開心，酒店的温泉還放了中葯材，感覺十個貼心

前台態度好，有啥事説一聲馬上就會有人過來處理。吃飯是三餐全有的，沒有了自助九十點鐘還能點菜吃。温泉天天換水，還有更衣室，不用從樓上披個浴巾下來。整體還很OK的。

先説有點吧：人文服務不錯，有輪椅照顧到腿腳不便的人；服務員態度很好；房間大，整體衞生情況可；酒店離安順西站近，進市區有點遠；再説有待提高的：1、酒店設施很一般，浴室沒有洗手小香皂、洗頭的護髮素，洗髮水和沐浴露都是小瓶裝且質量不佳，洗完頭發乾枯的要命！沒有一次性拖鞋，得跟前台要！2、説是“温泉酒店”，實際“温泉”是人造的，懂得都懂！3、早點種類少，品質有待提高。總體來説性價比不高！這應該是“旺季”到貴州遊玩的住宿通病吧！
