The room was very dirty (floor, bathroom and surfaces), a moldy bathroom carpet was lying in the shower. The room and the bathroom smelled strongly like smoke. Not a place to have a good rest after travelling. My bedsheet had holes in it

酒店位置便利，樓下有超市和水果店，下樓之後非常有生活的煙火氣。晚上休息關窗隔音也很好。
房間很大，床墊也很舒服，就是牙刷有點扎。
工作人員的服務態度超級超級好，熱情體貼，主動詢問是否需要幫助。
第一次入住白玉蘭，很舒適的一次居住體驗，性價比很高。

房間很大，衞生也很好，整體環境還行，服務也很好，餐廳也相對豐富，就是房間隔音太差了，旁邊房間咳嗽一聲都能聽見，大晚上還有不知道從哪個方向穿進來的煙味和飯菜味道。

先説優點：地理位置挺好，也按要求沒給分到首尾房
再説缺點：衞生確實是我住過的白玉蘭中最差的，雖然看酒店詳情才開了三年，但是完全感覺不出來。1.床上枕頭底下有疑似耳💩或鼻💩的不明物…2.衞生間洗手枱旁的牆上有別人粘上去的雙眼皮貼 3.護理包膠粘膠粘的…上邊還有兩根別人的頭髮渣 4.吹風機線裏纏的別人的頭髮 而且隔音也挺差的，隔壁看電視我都能聽清枱詞

入住的509，酒店環境不錯，服務也可以，我們説要面積稍微大一些的要有地方吃飯，就給了我們一間，挺滿意的，不過雖然房間挺大的，電視太小了，坐在沙發那邊桌子吃東西的時候，看不清電視，毛巾都破洞抽絲了，都壞成這樣就別用了，怎麼説也是個連鎖品牌

沒有專屬停車場，同時是和漢庭共用的樓體，門店路口不是很好找。應該是錦江改的白玉蘭，設施很一般，但是衞生還不錯，離景點比較近
