必須誇誇前台的小姐姐！入住時發現忘帶充電器，工作人員立刻幫忙借了適配的，還主動問要不要送瓶礦泉水到房間。退房時趕時間，她們還幫忙快速辦理，甚至提醒我落下了耳機，太細心了，這種服務真的讓人覺得很温暖！

這次入住體驗簡直絕了！一進大堂，暖色調的燈光和優雅的裝修風格就讓人好感倍增，前台工作人員熱情又高效，還貼心地介紹了周邊好玩的地方。
房間更是讓我驚喜，打掃得一塵不染，佈置得温馨又舒適，床品柔軟親膚，睡了個超舒服的好覺。
酒店的早餐豐富多樣，味道也很不錯。位置也超優越，附近就有火車客運站和商場，出行、購物都很方便。下次出行，這家酒店必須是我的首選！

性價比絕了的一家酒店！衞生乾淨到讓人驚喜，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間熱水充足水温穩定。服務響應特別快，叫個物品幾分鐘就送到了，態度也特別好。早餐很實在，周邊吃飯購物也方便。住了幾天感覺特別舒服，推薦給大家！

這裏儘管是連鎖型酒店但是服務意識是住到現在為止最差的 設施一般 其他尚可
價位：價格實惠 攜寵需100塊按金（可退）
位置：步行過天橋即華潤萬象滙商場 購物餐廳一體式很方便 地理位置優越 導航標誌清晰 但是停車不方便（門口單行道且僅十個左右人行道上劃線停車位）
衞生：床品乾淨舒適 整體乾淨整潔
服務：住到現在連鎖型酒店的話術禮儀讓人不適的-2（1️⃣前台接待不清楚是不是我帶了寵物的關係 前台接待人員一臉欠多還少表情 2️⃣不能延遲退房可以理解 但是提前半小時就打電話催退房就有點噁心了） 酒店設施一般 無全屋智能家居-0.2 也沒有智能馬桶-0.3 無智能電視機-0.5 雖有無障礙設施但是僅一台電梯退房前根本搭不上 好在其能源設備給力（水恆温且大 空調也很熱）
舒適度：整體簡約設計 房間比較緊湊 床墊舒適 不過美中不足的是隔音效果差 每次敲別人門都感覺在敲自己的會去開-0.2
餐飲：有提供餐食和送餐服務 不過我沒吃也不與評價
加分項：無房型升級也無延遲退房 有洗衣機+0.5
減分項：儘管有禁煙標誌 但是樓道內仍有煙客抽煙-0.5 這裏大堂保安還會泰然自若地坐大廳抽煙 一言難盡-0.5
