10/10 score for this lovely hotel located in a peaceful suburb of Anshan. It's less than 10km to Anshan city centre. The surroundings are pleasant to walk around. Thumbs up to the hotel staff. The hotel manager came to the railway station to meet us and sent us to the hotel for free. They helped us with our luggage and are so hospitable. The hotel front desk staff as well as the kitchen staff are so friendly, making us feel so at ease during our stay here. The staff also upgraded our room to a big and spacious family room. The breakfast served is also sumptuous and sufficient for guests. Their sister hotel is Raphael hotel near the railway station. I would highly recommend this hotel as well as Raphael hotel. Everything else is acceptable, even adaptable. I don't know if the bed sheet has been changed and disinfected... I woke up with hives all over my body after sleeping all night, and I had to take medicine in the morning. I'm really impressed.

The two beauties at the hotel front desk were so nice. They upgraded my room for free. Their service attitude was really great. The room has a smart system. This hotel is amazing. The whole house is smart. Xiaodu will do everything for you just by lying on the bed and talking. The room is spacious and bright. Every facility is carefully designed and the details are meticulously reflected. I am very satisfied with the clothes hangers. I can hang my coats and sweaters on them. There is still plenty of space. The slippers are of good quality and have thick soles. The children especially liked the robot service here, and they even ordered takeout to experience the fun of having the robot deliver it to the room.
