이번 숙박에서 가장 실망스러웠던 점은 조식 서비스였습니다. 조식 시간이 오전 9시 30분까지인데, 저는 8시 30분에 입장했음에도 불구하고 음식이 전혀 채워지지 않았습니다. 음료 컵마저 모두 떨어졌지만 직원들은 별다른 관심을 보이지 않았습니다. 다른 투숙객들이 반찬이 없다고 항의해야만 겨우 몇 가지를 채워주는 모습은 4성급 호텔로서는 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 조식에서 기분이 확 나빠져 하루의 시작이 불쾌했습니다.
객실 내 조명도 형광등이라 호텔 분위기와 전혀 어울리지 않았고, 전반적으로 4성급 호텔답지 않게 제공되는 서비스가 거의 없었습니다. 다만, 객실 내에서는 냄새가 나지 않았고 침구류 관리 상태는 양호했습니다. 전반적으로 조식 서비스 개선과 객실 분위기 보완이 시급하다고 느꼈습니다.

It was neat and clean.
The view of the greenery from the window was a feast for the eyes.
And the food was delivered right to my door, which was super convenient.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but they did offer a Korean set menu. While the Korean set menu was nice, I wondered if it would have been better served as a buffet.
