第二次來了，上次特別喜歡這裏的環境，這次帶上老公一起過來。上次給前台打了零分，這次沒有門僮拿行李，前台不專業的情況都改變了。酒店還是看評論，聽勸的。非常感謝前廳經理徐艾琳這次的照顧。事無鉅細，有求必應，非常的體貼和專業。兩個月來了兩次，以後還會過來。

因為父子倆想打一場球才訂了這裏，酒店地處環境不錯，有個高爾夫球場，有一片很漂亮的湖。但是酒店服務跟不上，可惜了這麼漂亮的湖。門口沒有服務生，拖着三個行李沒人幫忙拿。第二天等了一天沒有服務員來打掃衞生，下午5點打電話問吹風機的時候保潔員終於來了，問能不能打掃衞生。入住當晚去餐廳吃晚飯，孩子帶的一本書丟在餐廳了，y第二天晚上打電話詢問，前台回覆餐廳沒有撿到書，連着打了兩個電話都堅持説沒找到書。最後我們合計了半天，確定丟在餐廳了，再打電話給前台，説明昨天晚上餐廳即將關門才到店吃晚飯的，當時餐廳幾乎沒有其他客人了，我們確定書丟在了餐廳，一本英文原版書，藍色封面，餐廳最後一批服務員肯定知道情況。還強調我們明天一早7點就要趕火車離開，今晚一定要找到才行。這才找回了這本遺落的書。要是我們不堅持，這事兒就糊弄過去了吧。

入住昆明玉龍灣湖景酒店體驗超棒！推開窗就是碧綠湖景，晨霧漫過湖面時像闖入仙境，傍晚還能看落日灑在水波上，治癒感拉滿。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟好眠，服務也很貼心，有需求響應特別快。周邊步行就能到湖邊棧道，散步很愜意，下次來昆明還會選這裏！選恆壹旅拍的小楊攝影師太對了！全程超有耐心，會提前溝通我喜歡的風格，拍攝時會教擺姿勢、調錶情，完全不用怕尷尬。他特別會抓細節，湖邊逆光、街道抓拍都超有氛圍感，原片就很驚艷。選片時也會給專業建議，不推銷加片，體驗感滿分，推薦給想拍旅拍的朋友！

服務超好，到店前會提前致電詢問到達時間及入住要求，第二天想要續住沒有房間，徐經理也幫忙調整房間，讓我們第二天可以順利續住，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心。
