這個酒店我之前在網上看評價很好，我們也是專門為了孩子訂的，也真的是對孩子很友好的一個酒店，小童用品配套、兒子廁所等等，小童玩樂園區都很好，早上8-10點開放，小孩玩到不想離開。

酒店外部和內部環境沒有什麼可説的，畢竟有一面湖水，有山，前台接待可圈可點，有些物品沒有交代仔細，房間床舒適，床上用品和衞生潔具都很好，唯一不好就是人體感應燈，睡眼不是太好的客人那真的是難以入眠，還有中央空調的風機葉片太響，這和酒店的定位差距太大，早餐還可以，就是有的客人直接面膜睡衣拖鞋就來吃早餐，畢竟是公共場合，還是要稍微管理。

We just spent an amazing 2 nights at the Lakeview hotel. I want to especially thank Sam who went above and beyond for us making sure we had everything we needed and helping us book everything from meals to tours in the area. I was there with my wife and kids and the family facilities were superb. A great pool with a kids area (slide and all) , jacuzzis on the side as well. There was also a kids club so the little ones always had something to do. The hotel really had a view on a lake and forest island, highly recommend for a weekend getaway from the cities.

環境是不錯的，但是入住送小朋友禮品沒有主動贈送，是索要的，訂單本來是寫的可延遲至14點退房，10點開始就陸續有不同的酒店人員打電話來説房源緊張，讓12點退房，前腳本來已經同意了12點前退房，後腳馬上另外的工作人員又打電話來催。。。。導致很影響出行心情。
