在停車場乘坐酒店派出的電瓶車順利到達，房間乾淨整潔，位置絕佳，從酒店負一層戲水池向外可以走到湖邊，景色很美，適合拍照、釣魚、挖沙。還能乘船去對面農家樂吃飯。第二天退房時，發現車打不着火，猜測是電瓶沒電了，周邊十幾公里內都沒有修理廠，試着給酒店前台打電話，很快師傅就開着車來救援，讓我們順利安全的回了家，再此一定要表揚一下前台和工作人員。謝謝你們。

非常差的酒店，設施和服務都極差，價格虛高，早餐更差，沒有下次，酒店在島上，比較遠，酒店衹接不送，衹能自己拖着行李步行4-5公里出景區，請安康文旅好好整頓一下，4.8的攜程評分不知道是怎麼來的，簡直就是欺詐消費者！！！

很滿意的一次短程旅行。
酒店位置絕佳，位於瀛湖中的一個島嶼，早晨起來在樓頂花園，遠眺羣山環繞、氤氲繚繞，近觀波光粼粼、竹影婆娑，真的令人心曠神怡、賞心悦目。酒店設施很新，有棋牌、健身、餐飲等服務，工作人員服務熱情周到，值得向大家推薦。

服務熱情周到專業，吃飯到房間通知。菜品豐富，早餐被逼吃的，因為不想浪費。早餐兩人餐：4個炒菜，4個包子，3個雞蛋，2個饅頭，2塊棗糕，1分炒飯，三種甜點，兩種水果，玉米，紅薯，南瓜各三塊，豆漿，稀飯各一缽。晚飯自點的菜。行李車從停車場接送行李，不用自己拿。

酒店不錯，很新環境不錯。就是無邊泳池的水能乾淨點就更好了！風景很美，空氣清新，特別舒服！旁邊瀛湖酒店的室內泳池水還挺乾淨的，就是太坑人了，不管大人小孩一個人29塊，必須帶泳帽10塊，買個游泳圈40。

設施很齊全～有很多遊樂設施，前台也有準備很多需要的東西，卸粧油隱形眼鏡護理液等等，非常齊全。唯一美中不足的就是早餐感覺一般般，希望可以加強～環境很好啦，下次還會帶着家裡長者來的，希望下次天熱一點來可以體驗皮划艇
