The rooms are fine, not very spacious but too dull and dim. The room has one tea bag and 2 ×500 ml bottles for 3 people staying where they charge extra for the third person too. There are no toiletries in the washroom except for body wash and hand wash. Also the washroom is not properly cleaned. The staff here is very rude and lacks in customer service. I fact I can see that in the replies by the property online too, seems like they have zero understanding of customer service. The reception staff has zero knowledge of everything and says he has no idea for anything asked. They make you pay upfront so that you are stuck with the bad service once paid. The location is good but the management is very bad. Not worth the money they charge.

Super hotel, très bien placé.... La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Le personnel réception (James , et les autres) ainsi qu'au restaurant et le personnel de nettoyage sont tous très bien et repondent à toutes nos questions .

私の初インド一人旅の最初の宿がここでよかったととても思う。インドに対してかなりの緊張感を持っていたが優しく親切なスタッフがいて心より安心し滞在できました。
Hill top festivalに行く為に4泊。少し音が聞こえるくらい近く歩いて簡単に行く事ができた。
深夜早朝でも門番、フロントスタッフ、セキュリティの3人がエントランスにいてくれるためとても安全でした。
ルームクリーンも必要なものは全てすぐに持ってきてくれた。正直3度ほど言わないと持ってきてくれないだろうと考えていた為とても驚きました。
また朝食は種類は少ないながらも毎日内容が変わり美味しかったです。
初日にフレンチトーストがあったが翌日なかったので残念がっていたらスタッフの方が特別に作ってくれてそれは毎日何も言わないのに出してくれて本当に感激でした。お名前を聞かなかったけどレストランのスタッフの方ありがとう。
こちらのフレンチトーストは思い出の味となりました。
プールもこぢんまりとしていて過ごしやすかったし近くにスーパーやマートもあって不自由しませんでした。
またゴアに来たらここに戻る事を誓います。
本当にありがとう。

Spazio resort was fantastic. The staff were caring and kind (special thanks to Margret) and the facilities were great. The resort is situated in a good location close to local shops and restaurants with many beach clubs and entertaining within walking distance.

This being my first visit to Anjuna, Spazio provided me with exactly what I wanted, ie. at least 3 star quality accommodation and facilities on the edge of town (where it is quieter) with good proximity to shops and bars, to the coast and the Hilltop music site. My double room was spacious with comfortable beds, a shower, air conditioning, a fridge and a small safe. The room was cleaned and the bedding sheets were changed every day. Credit to Margaret for the quality of this service. The external facilities are very pleasant and well maintained including the pool. The restaurant is open and available all day and well into the night with a good menu and bar. Credit to Sagar for the quality of this service. Overall, Spazio is managed very professionally with friendly, modest and attentive staff. I will be returning to Anjuna next year and simply won’t bother looking for alternative accommodation.
