Rosetum Anjuna Goa

Hello Friends, This hotel is in a prime location near Anjuna Beach. It is couple-friendly, has a good swimming pool, and the hotel staff is very friendly, especially Ms. [Name], who is very polite and kind. I highly recommend you try it at least once.

The location of the property was good which was the best part. Amenities could be improved. Food was also good.

It was the worst hospitality experience in 21 years of my travel. We had booked a slightly premium package which includes certain complementary services. However none of them were provided. For instance, they had mentioned complementary welcome drinks which wasn't provided. Plus there was no security at entrance with multiple entry points to hotel. Once we checkedin to the room, it didn't look and deserve to be 4*. No hygiene at all with leakages in the walls. Washroom wasn't cleaned, Bedsheets had stains and it was smelling all over. For any basic requests, the management wasn't supportive at all. Breakfast was also very cold. We ordered juice which they delivered to other guests and charged us during checkout. Please check other hotels to avoid spoiling your vacation at such beautiful place.

it is a good looking hotel from outside, in a very prime location. we stayed here for 5 nights from 28th dec to 2nd jan for the new year’s and booked 2 executive suites. below is our genuine experience: 1. we had a lot of trouble checking in, after being tired from 12+ hrs long road trip which we informed the person on desk, we had to wait for more than 2 hrs beyond the committed time of 2 pm ist 2. ⁠the room barely had any amenities like hair dryer, hand towels, tissue papers, toilet papers 3. ⁠we had to repeatedly request them to ask for these items 4. ⁠on requesting room clean(once per day) they would respond by saying “not sure if we can commit to that”. the room cleaning was barely up to the mark. one day we got pale looking pillow the other day yellowish towel 5. ⁠to add to all of this, we found a cockroach in our washroom. 6. ⁠the breakfast was very average, goa has always been known for good food but i don’t know how these people messed that up too. limited menu options was another issue but given the taste we were eating bread and jam for most of our stay 7. ⁠we tried ordering food inside our rooms during one of the afternoon. half the menu options weren’t available, and what they sent us was just not tasty 8. ⁠not sure how their rating is above 4

Good hotel and location is very good. All places are nearby. You can reach to major beaches in maximum 10 minutes.

the most pathetic stay experience from room to amenities , breakfast charged but quality poor than roadside vendors. never go there , they don't have any hospitality culture , very rude staff
