A great resort hotel but too busy/mass for us.
Quality of the food could be better. Also sometimes narrow paths at the buffet so people get in each other's way.
Pigeon droppings on the balcony (was cleaned every day), bathroom floor was not mopped, loud music at the pool.

Le séjour au Serita Beach Hotel était globalement plutôt bien, mais y’a quand même des points à revoir. Dès l’arrivée dans la chambre une odeur d’humidité et des moustiques qui sortent des canalisations de la salle de bain c'est pas ouf. Autre point négatif : les restos à thème sont quasiment tous complets une semaine à l’avance, donc pas le temps de tout le temps les essayer. Et les dames de l’accueil sont irrespectueuses : elles se moquaient de nous en grec quand on venait demander de l’aide. En revanche le Club Coralia français était incroyable. Une équipe investie, et une mention spéciale pour Margot, l’animatrice des ados, qui s'est super bien occupé de nous. Elle nous a proposé des activités de ouf, on s’est grave éclatés grâce à elle.

Tout est parfait, une équipe d animation au top, merci à Margot, Estaban, Ulrich et tout le reste de l'équipe. Merci à Hugo pour l accueil. Tout le personnel des bars et restaurants et accueillant souriant. Le seul point négatif les 3 personnes de l accueil qui ne font aucun effort. Mais je retournerai dans ce club avec plaisir.

0 pour la chambre Bonjour, de très belles piscines, le restaurant principal ainsi que ceux à thème proposent des plats de qualité et variés,le responsable de salle de restaurant est très professionnel, une équipe d'animation incroyable, merci notamment à Hugo d'être là lorsque nous rencontrons une difficulté dans l'hôtel et à Esteban pour son dynamisme et sa gentillesse, les spectacles sont géniaux , j'aurai mis 5 étoiles si la chambre était correct malheureusement ce n était pas le cas. Je ne demande pas grand chose pour la chambre, juste du calme et de la propreté. Le jour et la nuit entre les chambres du Roda beach et le serita beach (même propriétaire). La chambre du serita avait le mur bleu remplis de moisissures ou autre (marron noir), des éclats sur le miroir, une baignoire dont l'eau ne s évacue pas, un sommier souillé, une vue pas très jolie côté porte d entrée et de gros travaux dans la chambre à côté. Je me suis plainte à la réception, la réceptionniste me proposait une autre chambre mais m' a indiqué que ce n était pas une en surclassement côté parking donc moins bien, j aurai peut être dû accepter. Grâce à Hugo les coups de marteau ont commencé un peu plus tard et le bruit à 8h15 devenait plus supportable.
