一次很糟糕的入住體驗。首先，在前台辦理入住的時候，接待的服務人員態度就相當一般，不耐煩，稍微問幾句就不耐煩回答了。其次，進到房間以後，入目可及的衞生狀況就很不令人滿意，床上還有若干小蟲子。可能因為在江邊上吧，房間也沒有通風換氣的設施，空氣很潮濕黏糊糊的不舒服。作為一個在東坪並不算便宜的地方吧，房間的電視機小得可愛，還很卡，投屏看個電影都接二連三卡頓。入住體驗實在太糟糕了，以至於入住三個小時就直接退房走人了，無法想象要在這個房間裏過夜的感受。

房間靠近河面，會有點潮濕，離黑茶博物館很近，民宿不大，二樓是賣茶葉的，服務員態度不錯，早上在河邊吃早餐很舒服，早餐是從外面送過來的，沒有什麼可選的餘地。從五一的房價來説，是可以接受的。

房間還可以，露台房不是釣魚方便的。旁邊就是一個上下碼頭，可以釣魚。衞生間是電馬桶，但沖水上水聲音有些大。周邊環境不錯。黑茶博物館很近。
