Unser Zimmer war so klein, dass man nirgends den Koffer vernünftig ablegen konnte. Es gibt generell kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Haken. Wir hatten eine Kaffeemaschine und Tassen, aber keinen Kaffee. Auch das Wasser wurde nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Um 3 Uhr morgens wurde es plötzlich taghell im Zimmer, da das Licht in Spa und Pool eingeschaltet wurde. Unter dem Laken eine Plastikfolie. Das Frühstück war okay, Kaffee und Tee allerdings grauslig. Das einzige Highlight ist der immer fröhliche Barkeeper. Mit viel Liebe hat er uns die wunderbarsten Cocktails gezaubert (obwohl die Bar eher sehr basic ausgestattet ist). Dankeschön!

Although the property is beautiful, the customer service is rather poor. I regretfully ordered an extra package & none of the amenities were there upon arrival. When reminded front desk of such, they scrambled to toss some crap in the room before the night was over. The bathroom shower smelled strongly of mildew, the sauna was closed, the indoor pool had a ton of mold on the ceiling & the breakfast was terrible. All in all, I will not be returning to this hotel.

Well located hotel, decent breakfast and good room. On the other hand, very cold welcome, indoor and outdoor pool with no view and which overlooks a wall and an interior courtyard. The establishment is new, but we can clearly see that the maintenance is lacking. Parking nearby.

This is a beautiful hotel, centrally located in Angra but with piss poor customer service. We contacted them ahead of time to warn them of our late check in and received no response. We arrived after midnight and called the hotel multiple times as taxis were sparse at the airport...no one answered. We arrived and received multiple comments that they hadn't expected 5 people despite the fact that this is clearly written on the reservation and the sofa beds/linens were not prepared. At 2 am we switched rooms for the clerk's Convenience as she had a crappier room with a sofa bed set up. Once we started to settle in we realized this room did not have a working lock and actually had to move all of our belongings AGAIN to another room. At Check out when asked about our experience we disclosed all of the above. They admitted the reservation included all of the information but we still were offered nothing except defensive excuses. The breakfast was below average with similarly crappy service. Will never stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel in the heart of the city of Angra and we slept very well, in a quiet room on the pool side (number 5). Note a poorly designed room, with a total absence of a desk and no real place to store clothes. I also point out the bathroom where there is not really room to put travel essentials, which find their place...on the floor. Damage! The hotel's strong point is its very central and quiet location.

Adequate hotel in centre of Angra, no more, no less. Abysmal breakfast. Friendly staff. We stayed here because it was warm in winter. One of the last places in the Western world (?) to demand you wear a swimming cap in the pool! And there were other odd rules: you get fined if you put anything of your own in the room fridge!

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Very friendly service and good food. The breakfast is wonderful! The pool is very beautiful and pleasant. The bed is very comfortable. The entire room is very welcoming. It is in the city center close to everything on foot.

It was very good, the hotel has good insulation from outside sound, friendly staff, cleanliness in general was good, one or two things could have been better. The breakfast was excellent. I was amazed at the quality of the pool and sauna.
