Was it a 5 Star Hotel? No. It's a little dated, it's a little worn. However... The beds are soft. The pillows, sheets, and towels are all soft and fluffy. Breakfast was ok. The staff was awesome! I'd GLADLY stay again though. It's a nice place to grab a shower and put your head after a long day in the Smokys.

The only hotel in town
Got locked out of my room in the morning to grab shampoo since there wasn’t any and no one was at the front desk. Walked around the entire property looking for anyone since the water was running and finally found someone after 30 minutes had past. Check it was at 11 and it was 8:30am. I was also bitten by something on my arm in the night and even though it was a non smoking room that had a plastic bag over the smoke detector and it clearly smelled of ****.
