Horrible Experience – We Left Immediately and Lost $1,200 The cleanliness standards of the owners are not the American standards at all! For them this room was very good as the Ritz Carlton! I paid $1,200 for two rooms for three nights, but we couldn’t stay even one night because the conditions were unacceptable. When we arrived, the beds looked like the sheets had never been changed, and the pillows had no pillowcases. There were roaches in the bathroom, bed bugs on the linens, and the floors were filthy. The comforters were old, and clearly not washed in a long time. The place was so dirty and unsanitary that we decided to leave right away — losing our full payment of $1,200. This was a complete waste of money and an awful experience. I strongly advise others not to book here at all!

Not the best hotel I've stayed in. Slight smell to the room. You can see that they are working on improvements but still needs work. Our bathroom door wouldn't close because the laminate is separated from the frame of the door due to moisture, tub and surround had mold on them but other than that, the front desk was very knowledgeable about the area and kind at check in. The location is ideal. Very short drive to the mountains, rafting, hiking and fishing.

Was it a 5 Star Hotel? No. It's a little dated, it's a little worn. However... The beds are soft. The pillows, sheets, and towels are all soft and fluffy. Breakfast was ok. The staff was awesome! I'd GLADLY stay again though. It's a nice place to grab a shower and put your head after a long day in the Smokys.

Wish we would have kept going and looked for another place. Didn’t sleep well at all. Beds were itchy and uncomfortable. Room smelled funny and not in a good way.

There was a strong mildew smell coming from the AC unit and the room was full of fruit flies and nats. We asked for another room, but I was told there wasn’t one, so we asked for a refund so we could go somewhere to find a better room and was denied a refund.

Peaceful setting.
Beautiful town close to good restaurants down the block. Friendly staff and they let us park motorcycles under the awning in case of bad weather. I look forward to returning.

It’s definitely due for a facelift. Biggest issue was the seal of the door. Gave easy access to flying insects in and out of the room.

Desk clerks both check in and check out were top notch. Room was decent. Biggest issues were the bathroom was dirty, had bugs and someone's used soap out, my room was poolside and the screaming and music went on well past 10 pm and while this isn't on the facility there was apparently some parties going on because I had drunks bounce off my door a few times.

We didnt have power our entire stay, there is no generater at this hotel so there was no accommodations. We had no money returned to us, the hotel is nice but what does that matter if you cant take a shower, watch the tv, heat food, or anything else. 2/10 experience
