First time staying here, and here are some reviews that I can share and maybe can be used as a reference for those who will stay here: 1. Service: Good & Satisfied. Friendly and helpful staff starting from security, receptionist, and other staff. I arrived before check-in time, allowed to leave my stuff first. During check-in the explanation was quite clear. Then, when I was having breakfast, there was a hotel staff who asked the guests about the comfort in the room, the cleanliness in the room, and asked for criticism and suggestions from us. There I explained what was lacking and what was desired, because I was 2 nights at this hotel, so on the first day we asked for improvements for the next night. And it was really immediately acted on without any drama. 2. Rooms & other facilities: Quite comfortable. For the rooms, this may vary, the room I booked was a deluxe twin. Everything is complete, starting from towels, soap & shampoo, other amenities, slippers, electric kettle, everything is complete. But for the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, as I attached the photo, there are dirty spots on the linen spray, there are also on the towels, then the carpet in the room also needs to be cleaned and the bathroom floor is not very clean (maybe it depends on the ceramic material). So if possible before using the bad etc. it is better to take a photo and check it first, then if you want to replace it you can call the housekeeping staff or receptionist. In the hotel there is a prayer room, indoor swimming pool, gym area but yesterday all the equipment was under maintenance, basement for cars and motorbikes. 3. Breakfast: The food is quite delicious, the spices are flavorful, a complete menu ranging from fried rice, white rice with chicken, noodles, vegetables, there is chicken porridge, bread, fried eggs / omelettes, cereal, juice, salad, fruits, etc. I had breakfast around 8.15, the menu was still complete and hot, the service was again good. 4. Location: The location of the hotel is very-very strategic, walking from the hotel towards Paskal there are lots of food, behind the hotel there is a market, walking towards the station there are also lots of food. 5 minutes to 23 Paskal Mall on foot, 5-10 minutes to the station, 8-10 minutes to Kartika Sari souvenir center, 10-15 minutes to Braga, 15-10 minutes to PVJ Mall, 10-15 minutes to travel places, 10-15 minutes to Cihapit, a place to hunt for some viral foods. Maybe that's all I can share during my stay here, so far I'm satisfied and comfortable. For some of the notes above, hopefully the service is maintained and the shortcomings can be improved immediately. Thank you very much hotel staff. 🙏🏻
