This is my third time staying at this hotel in the past year, and each visit has had cleanliness issues. I’ve found hair in the tub, wet towels left hanging in the shower, and once even found cheese on the bath mat and in the tub. The service and location are great, but the lack of basic room cleanliness makes it hard to trust this place. I really hope things improve—guests deserve clean rooms.

The property was ok. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were clean. One of the elevators was out of order and the other one had a bell that was so loud, my husband could hear it inside our room halfway down the hall.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, our overnight stay was fine but I might look for a different location if I'm in the area again.

Was not happy about pool not having any heat to it was ice cold daughter only lasted 5 min and throw up right after getting out of water, there was no waffles lady said been out for about a week she was going to have to make sure management ordered it, last was that i had gift card wasnt able to use it and i get little discount through my job but paid more this week then i did a coulpe of weeks ago didnt understand why it was more?

We stayed at this location because of the Marriott name. Wish I would have researched the TripAdvisor ratings first. I was not recognized by the front desk as a long standing Gold Elite member, which is okay but something the front desk is supposed to do. No elite "gift" as advertised. I had to ask for an upgrade based on my Gold Elite status. One elevator wasn't working. I heard staff talking in the hallway about how long it took for the hot water to be fixed. Breakfast was horrible; no juice, no waffles, only banana nut Muffins (no other options), toaster didn't work. Dining staff said they're waiting on a shipment of supplies. Front Desk this morning said today is the General Managers last day. I wish I'd booked Holiday Inn Express next door.
