Randall met me at check in. He helped me carry my luggage up to the second story. His kindness and consideration was so very much appreciated. The room was clean. The shower worked and so did sink. The bed was sleepable and was very basic. For my needs this was all I needed. The cost was within my budget. They really need newer blankets but I did not need them. Ice machine I found was not working. But all in all I would recommend this hotel as it was clean, bug free and met my needs. And again Randall was excellent. It was easily within eating places and 10 min away from my event area.

They don't keep the rooms nice they are full of roaches the roaches get in the microwave fridge and crawl on you when you are in bed and the staff calls you out of your name and you can't have visitors or anything else in your room I have lived here for 6mos and they charge you for having to call a ambulance and extra money for having people in your room and fifth dollars every time you call a ambulance every time you need help when my insurance pays for there services the rooms cost me over 1000 dollars a month they charge extra for my towels and my pillows the lights above the bed don't work and I can smell something burning like wires plus to make matters worse there's a lot of overdoses in some of the rooms I personally know of 3 since I have been here there's black mold in some of the rooms and the carpet in my room is disgusting and the walls are disgusting as well just be careful when or if you rent a room out here

Roaches and unclean conditions were an issue, along with a guest and staff member who appeared to be under the influence. Check-in was stressful, with claims that I owed money despite having already prepaid for the room. While it got sorted out, the experience raised some concerns.

Worst hotel ever. Rude front desk. Area felt extremely unsafe. Vagrants. Roaches. Should had slept in my car.

The bed looked like a couch bed frame and was unstable. The bed was stained with as an EMT looked like blood and ripped. The floor was dirty. The room and property did not match the pictures. We didn’t even stay after walking in the room and looking a round and had to get another hotel.

You get what you pay for and that could be okay Efficient and clean room. No hair dryer, bed a bit creaky, and one bedbug. But good bathroom, pleasant main room. Nothing special, and that's ok. This place has a low price for a reason, and it is worth it. Also, plenty of places to walk to.
