Excellent et très abordable B&B
situé à 5 minutes en voiture du centre d'Ancona, séparé de la mer Adriatique par une avenue et une voie de chemin de fer semi enterrée, plage accessible par un pont piétonnier jouxtant le bâtiment. Parking public et ouvert non payant derrière le B&B (nombreuses places disponibles durant ce séjour fin octobre).
Accueil bienveillant (anglais, italien), très convivial, propreté irréprochable, fenêtre avec vue sur l'Adriatique, bien insonorisé.
Bon buffet petit déjeuner, prix très... très compétitif, CB Visa et MC.

Pietro e Patrizia degli host davvero esemplari: disponibili, gentili e discreti. Camera direttamente sul mare (e su ferrovia ma questo lo sapevamo quindi nulla da recriminare), abbastanza grande e completa di tutto. Colazione abbondante con prodotti fatti in casa. Ci abbiamo passato solo una notte ma è un'esperienza da ripetere!

Struttura molto comoda se sei di passaggio tra Ancona e Falconara. Fronte mare ed è bellissimo svegliarsi con vista sul blu ! Colazione fatta in casa ottima , buonissime le marmellate e il cappuccino. Proprietari molto ospitali. L’unica cosa che mi sento solo di consigliare per un miglioramento, il letto, sembrava un po’ di cadere in un lato. Per il resto ottima scelta

Ci siamo trovati di passaggio per spezzare un lungo viaggio. Il prezzo per una notte è stato onestissimo. I proprietari ci hanno viziato con una colazione fatta in casa squisita. La camera dove abbiamo alloggiato era spaziosa e con ampio bagno. Pulita e completa dei confort minimi per un breve soggiorno. Unica pecca che abbiamo riscontrato sono le pareti sottili. Alcune stanze sono adiacenti e non siamo stati molto fortunati (i nostri vicini di stanza erano adolescenti che hanno fatto rumore fino alle 3 di mattina).

Suggerisco il posto come appoggio per 1/2 giorni per chi non ha grosse pretese. Buonissima posizione per girare i dintorni con la macchina e il parcheggio è ampio e gratuito. I signori ti accolgono con gentilezza e generosità nell'offrire la colazione (abbondante ma non sempre di qualità). La camera si presenta pulita e in ordine con un bagno ampio. C'è anche la TV e piccolo frigo bar a disposizione. Il fronte mare non è il top e sotto la struttura passano molti treni che si sentono dalla finestra, anche di notte. Anche i letti e i cuscini non sono proprio buoni per un sonno rilassante. Ho alloggiato in tantissimi B&B e il prezzo è medio alto per il tipo di offerta.

Amazing experience pietro was very kind picked me up from airport, then took me to airport on check out, amazing little bed and breakfast, breakfast was lovely,huge selection,ive stayed before and would definitely stay again,nice views of beach from room
