Perfect service, and an exceptional hotel!
Top notch service at a magical property. Stayed in the vineyard view room and it was phenomenal. All the staff are incredibly helpful, pleasant and went out of their way to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The "lake" pool is incredible, and is perfectly complimented by their in-house wines which they will bring to you at the pool!
Could not recommend the hotel enough!

We had a lovely weekend at this place..The place is beautiful-,amazing views and landscaping!Our accommodation was great too!The reception staff especially Luis and Jose were very friendly and welcoming..The only down side to our stay was the chief waiter during our one and only dinner at the beautiful restaurant..He was quite grumpy,unfriendly and frankly put a bit of a dampner on our meal..Being vegetarians we had repeatedly asked for some options and finally we had a great meal but if he had been slightly friendlier,it would have been a different experience..I think the management should look at this carefully and have more people managing on crowded days so that its easier for clients…. Otherwise a lovely stay!Thanks Luis for your help!

This is a beautiful, peaceful property. We enjoyed the huge rooms, gorgeous dining room, and decent gym. The spa consisted of a small sauna and steam room (which we could not open, and there was no one working there to open it). But it was very difficult to find, as the ******* address took us to a house 15 minutes away. We had to put the name of the hotel into Google to find it, but there was no sign at the front of the property, which just looks like a house from the road, so it was all very confusing.

Disappointed waste of money We got the worst room For the spa they charge extra €20 per person Breakfast was underwhelming Dinner okay but dry chicken and broken eggs were soaked Water was cold, only after we asked we were told that you need to keep the water running for 5-10 min to have hot water Beds uncomfortable

The best stay I’ve had in Portugal. The service was impeccable and made our days special. The property is beautiful, the main house was a piece of art, it brought us the feel of the past century. The pool’s area surrounding the vines gives us the impression of a movie scene. Around the place is access to a trail that can easily get you on a hike with beautiful scenery. Without a doubt, I will recommend this place to everyone.

This place is a hidden gem. My husband and I spent 2 nights here in the middle of a 12 day Portugal road trip. It was by far the best place we stayed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant was amazing! Come here to relax. No need to leave the property. If you can, pay a little extra for a room outside the main house. The newer beds are super comfortable!

Refreshing place, natural conservation. We had amazing time. Thanks to Mr Vitor and team for making our time memorable.. what a perfect combination of Nature, People, wine and Service… word can’t explain this all.. highly recommend.. this is not only wine Tourism, it is experience. 🙏🙏🙏
