"Rest in this hotel.The area is really small, not to walk at all.There is always a lot of people in the dining room, such a feeling that the public dining room at the station.On the resepschen were not very responsive people.We had a problem with parking, Every day we were promised that they would put on the parking,the places were free,but did not put,2 days before the rest finally compassionate.The street is full of cars,no entry,no departure.The pool is good. ,There is a place for kids to swim.Animation is good for kids.On the beach there are lying beds from the hotel under the curtain.But I wouldn't go any other time."

"Service excellent, very polite staff. We arrived just before the settlement, the room was ready and we were settled half an hour earlier. The pool is clean and warm (heating). The hotel is very clean rooms, corridors, elevator, stairs, everywhere clean. Kitchen - everything is delicious on home, dishes are not for quantity, all as home is deliciously prepared. Between lunch and dinner there is intermediate food (baking, tea, coffee) on each floor of a cool and hot water cooler(water and glasses always were), a tug with a smooth board. There is a children's animation. We liked the hotel if we were in Anapa, we would be happy to return."

"We were with my husband at the Moon Hotel since June 01, 2024 for 10 days. The hotel is just excellent, the view from the balcony 5th floor is chic, every evening watched the most beautiful sunset. Staff responsive, friendly, provided any support. I would like to especially note the administrator Alena and Dmitry, always with a smile answered any of our requests or question.Cleaning rooms and changing clothes and towels every 3 days. Food in the hotel for 5+, breakfast is good, diverse (casha, eggs, cucumbers, pancakes), always all warm.hotel for 5 stars, we will surely return here again, and advise it to visit all guests of the Black Sea Coast. We remained with good impressions and memories."

Towels were inaccurately thrown away. Beddings were not filled. Shampoo was not brought for a few days. The day before some towels were taken, but the clean ones were not returned, they had to apply to the recipes. The cherry on the cake that irritates day by day became the ineffective recognition of faces on the beach, apparently not going to fix it."
