Extremely great comfortable stay. Extremely warm staff with smiling faces All requests fulfilled within minutes. Prompt service. Food was average. But restaurant staff Aijaz, Irfan and Mr. Ajay more than made up for it with their thoughtful service. The view from balcony is awesome, though some buildings are under construction. Go for rooms on fourth or fifth floor., mountain facing.

After Srinagar we went to Pahalgam the resort is good. But the Resort Garden is not well maintained. Room and Reception area does not give it a 4 star look. Most disappointing part of the stay was the food quality. We stayed in Srinagar, pahelgam, gulmarg and sonmarg.Food here was last rating in these four stays by us.

Worst possible experience with stale food and no electricity and generator not operating. There were no people in the hotel apart from me and my husband. We got super scared with everything around. The bed was also making creaking noise due to which we cannot blink even for a second. They took so much money from us for the stay and we did not even also have breakfast. The snacks also costed us equivalent to what we paid in Taj Srinagar which is a 5 star hotel. Just a request do not make a fool out of the tourists who pay to visit the beautiful valley but the hotel gives the worst possible experience.

The chinar resort is awasome in Pahalgam kashmir. The view from here is outstanding. Room service and staff is superb. Food is up to the mark . special thanks to FNB Department Mr.Aijaz and Mr. Ajay for their outstanding service. Staff is coperative and clam in nature. There are lots of things to do here like playing games in hall and we can enjoy the time in there garden as well.. Must Visit this place.

The Chinar Resort and Spa Pahalgam is one of the Best Resort in Pahalgam Jammu and Kashmir. The Hotel had a gym centre where you can enjoy the morning workout. This hotel has a gaming zone with Table snooker and much more where you guys can Show your hidden Champion. The Restaurant of the hotel is very nice where you can have dinner and Breakfast with a beautiful view of the Forest and Mountains. The rooms of the hotel were neat and clean. The food is also delicious and Tasty. The staff of the hotel is very much Cooperative and friendly especially Owais Gull Duty Manager Umer Gul Arif And Irshad . We highly recommend this place come and Enjoy the beauty of the Pahalgam.

Awsome experience!! Spacious rooms with balcony, view is good (although view getting blocked due to some construction). Staff is super helpful & courteous. Food is just wow. Overall, a very happy place to stay. Hotel is situated a bit outskirts but that's the beauty. You won't get stuck in the main town's traffic and crowd but get the feel whenever you wish in just 15 minutes drive. Next to the hotel a road goes down straight to the lidser river, lovely walk feeling the local ambience and people.
