Aesthetic. Very nice place. The staff is well educated, well mannered and supportive. We had a satisfactory experience. Neonz -– In the lap of Mother Nature. Should visit at least once. Truly, a FIVE STAR.

We visited this resort second time in a year, by impression of last year’s visit we came here again but we disappointed this year- Ambience - Ambience of the premises is great and they are improving, residing in water chalets rooms is spectacular BUT we have been given farthest room where golf car could not go and we had limited mobility as of 72 years of aged. Near our room water chalets were very dirty that we could not sit outside!. FOOD - very bad experience in food, limited and repeated items in Breakfast, They are arranging Dinner at and as event place But some of the items like South Indian dishes repeated as of morning breakfast in Dinner ! Ridiculous ! Taste wise not so good. CLEANLINESS- cleanliness is best part of the resort. But near our room surrounded water was very dirty. I may not come again

We went to the resort for spending some quality time as a couple for 2 nights without any noise. But the resort had other plans for us. They had a karaoke night on the first day and second night also was a noisy one. Not everyone likes loud music but they had huge speakers and it was so loud that we had headache and they arranged gala dinners both the nights which was with the music. Food was not worth the price we paid. We regretted paying such a hight amount just to spend such noisy evenings and unworthy food. Instead we could have booked a hotel room for 4 nights in the same price and could have enjoyed our evenings and also nice food. Staff is also not responsive. Took around 45 mins to serve one black coffee in the evening. Just spoiled our entire mood. Will definitely not recommend this place.

We stayed in Mikado no Heya, the Japanese room and it was extremely spacious and had an amazing vibe. The staff is well trained and experienced. The food is reasonably priced for a resort this luxurious, and it is delicious.

Must visit the place due to its unique concept of different villas nased on the theme of different places of the world. Also the hospitality is also great and the jain food is also available that too very delicious. So the place is highly recommended.

Pros:
The location was great, the room was exquisite. Egyptian theme with plunge pool was just amazing. Overall the resort was very beautiful.
cons: Property is under construction so there was continuous disturbance, balcony view was distorted due to construction work. Food options were very limited even after paying a huge amount.

Property is decent but half of the claimed amenities are not operational (Basketball, Box Cricket, mini golf). Food is okay and far too expensive. Reception was constantly pestering to checkout (despite we checked out 10 mins prior to the time mentioned in their policy)
