Disney has amazing friendly staff. The housekeeping team was wonderful and checked in on us several times per day. The rooftop deck overlooking World of Color was a great perk, too.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.

No sugar in room for my coffee only three creamers. Also bathroom was small I kept hitting things around me.

A sentimental hotel. The facilities are indeed old, the lobby is nice but you can still play in the lobby if you don't stay in the hotel; the only advantage is that the entrance to the park is really fast, you don't need to make an appointment to jump the queue to go to the theme restaurant downstairs, and after entering the park, especially to the California Park, you can enjoy a half-hour of park experience without people (in fact, it takes 20 minutes to queue for security check), and then you can go back to the hotel to rest at any time with the Express Pass card when you are tired, and then walk to the corresponding project location when the time comes. Other than that, I don't recommend coming to this hotel. The three-star Pixar Hotel opposite is only one street away and you will have a better experience.

The hotel is in a good location. The sister who checked us in was very enthusiastic. She even came out to help us store our luggage and took us to breakfast. The hotel has a special channel to enter the park half an hour in advance. It is located next to the swimming pool. The room is very small, the bathroom is very small, the hotel facilities are very old, the shower water flow is very small, which is the level of a fast hotel. It is the worst Disney hotel we have stayed in. The door card for check-in can only be obtained after 3 pm. The parking fee is more than 60 US dollars a day. There is valet parking. The service is very good and very convenient. Generally speaking, if you come to play and stay here, it is absolutely convenient, but the facilities are definitely unsatisfactory and not worth the price. Breakfast is more than 60 US dollars per person plus tax. There are not many things to eat. It is a typical white meal, and you have to pay a tip. And I have already checked out, and the hotel swiped my credit card twice, but both times failed. I found that this card was frozen in the future. I don’t know why, and it was in the middle of the night. Everyone should pay attention!

Very close to the adventure park, the front desk service is very good

Ctrip falsely advertised that the selected room with a view costing more than 7,000 yuan a night had no view. Ctrip was very arrogant and paid more than 14,000 yuan for two nights and a JW room for one night. Ctrip only compensated 3,500 yuan. Really disappointed with Ctrip
