Half bathroom: Toilet and sink. Split unit air conditioner in the living room only. [3rd floor] A flight of stairs to get to the 3rd floor from the main floor. Bedroom#1: Queen bed. Bathroom#2: Shower with tub. Hallway: Washer and dryer. Bedroom#2: Queen bed Bathroom#2: shower with no tub. For reservations 25 nights and over and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. House Rules Check-in requirements (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hours prior to your arrival): *Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required. *Additional fees may be charged if items are added after your booking is confirmed such as pool heat, pets, etc. *Your Luxsle host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn't signed by the time of check-in, we can't check you in. *Third party reservations aren't allowed. Additional charges for unapproved late check-out shall be incurred by Renter at up to 250.00 dollars per hour past check-out time. Pets are allowed with written authorization prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in up to a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees.
