On property our gastronomic experience offers the new Zuma Capri 2 michelin stars restaurant L Olivo and bar degli artisti. Founded in 1995 our Capri Medical Spa is one of the first Medical Spa in Europe. Our stay at this hotel in Capri was absolutely unforgettable. The property itself is unbelievably beautiful, every corner felt like a dream, with stunning views and elegant design that perfectly captured the magic of Capri. A hotel that brings luxury to life in Capri. If you are familiar with the Jumeirah brand then this review writes itself in terms of saying it delivers on the quality you expect. We did have a room issue due to noise coming from the rooftop bar, but our complaint was dealt with efficiently and quickly which for us underlined our importance as a paying customer. If you are looking to make your stay on Capri special then this is the hotel which can deliver on expectation.

More worried about their profits than customer satisfaction - I wrote asking for a room of the same category as last year. They hassled me with over 10 emails to ensure they had absolutely full payment but when I got here they told me that 'obviously' the room I wanted was in a different category which, given that I had specifically asked for a room with a garden or terrace and they had over a month to plan (plus I am paying over €1,8000) they could have told me that they do not actually have availability for what I had requested. I will not come here again
