Got a fire alarm in the middle of the night which seriously affected the rest, the hotel did nothing but just an apology letter, staffs are generally not proactive and not so friendly.

The room was small but adequate, the facilities and utensils were good, the environment was great, next to the park and not far from the city center; the breakfast selection was suitable, very comfortable, making the holiday perfect

The reception was warm and the service was thoughtful. You will be seated first when checking in. Drinks and snacks will be prepared for you and then you can check in slowly. The breakfast was rich. I don't know if it was due to the translation or something else, but the basement written in Chinese on Ctrip was not the basement but the top floor. However, the parking fee for self-driving in Amsterdam is really explosive.

非常用心的boutique酒店，地理位略偏，離中心2KM，房間也比較侷促，但非常乾淨、安靜且美麗，細節都是驚喜。早餐太愛了，顏值和味道都在線（除了french toast）健身房任何時間去都是乾淨整潔，還要每天泡的水果水和cookie…離開酒店後還收到郵件lost & found👍

This is one of the best stays in my life, not gonna lie!! This hotel is definitely worth visiting - everything is luxurious, it has its special style and details around the whole hotel. Breakfasts just couldn’t be better! The hotel staff are very attentive and friendly, always with a smile! I especially want to highlight doorman Anass - he was very polite, kind, and thoughtful! For me personally such moments are very important, and this hotel fulfilled all my requests 101%. I will definitely be coming back here more than once!
