accessible location, very close to underground and tram stations and a university campus nearby
spacious room with all standard facilities, and even a coffee machine

The service is one of the best among all Hyatt team. The food is delicious and the restaurant is extremely well run with the best service staff. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful too. After we come back from a biking trip and returning the bike key. He will Ask how’s your ride? We have been on the road for almost three weeks. All interactions made us feel at home. Such a pleasant stay! My daughter and I have fun at the lemonade and ginger ale stand as well! The gym and the spa are very nice too! Love to come back.

Reception is super helpful in recommended restaurants near the hotel. Location is convenient to tram stop, supermarket.

First room provided had a small window, that can onky be reached with a ladder. The claustrophobic feeling creeps in. Request a change of room, and was provided with one that is much better. Breakfast was OK, limited spread. No hot water in the morning as the overall heating system was down apparently. Checked out, and was given a free taxi voucher to go to our next destination. Good service saved the unfortunate circumstances. Kudos to the front office team thar managed this. Thank you.

"I really appreciate this hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious. Additionally, you can exercise in the gym and afterward, you can enjoy a spa treatment or massage which helps me relax after a busy day."
