We stayed in this hotel as a couple for 4 nights. Since we have been to Amsterdam several times, here is our review of this hotel:
POSITIVE:
- large rooms, beautiful view
- friendly reception staff, vending machines well stocked
- hotel 20 minutes from the city center, but well connected and very quiet area
NEGATIVE:
- despite staying for 5 days/4 nights, the cleaning staff was NOT there ONCE! We had to go down to reception 3 times on day 3 to get toilet paper and towels. Only then was a cleaning staff called. She ONLY changed the garbage bags. Neither the toilet was cleaned nor the floor vacuumed. Accordingly, the rooms are not really clean! MORE FOCUS HAS TO BE ON QUALITY HERE!
Although the hotel was nice and big, we will not recommend it and will not book it again. Other hotels have been much better so far. Such a shame.

Booked two rooms for two nights and was quite satisfied. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big TV. But there were no slippers and kettles available. The breakfast room had a nice view, many breakfast options, and the croissants were so delicious that everyone liked them. The fruits were also good, and the milk was delicious.

The hotel and its surroundings are nice. You can take bus No. 45 to the central station, which takes about 20 minutes. There is a Surinamese restaurant nearby, which is very unique.
