The people and food there is good, however, the location of the place is extremely filthy. Also, the rooms plus the things provided such as towels, bedsheets, pillows are not cleaned. We also got insect bites [all 3 of us] so there are many insects there in the room too.

1. No one was there to take language when we arrived 2. No dental kit. We had to ask for it. 3. Bed mattresses were horrible 4. No soap in soap dispenser 5. No bottle opener or ice available 6. Refrigerators were not working in any rooms 7. Bathroom door lock was out of order in 1 room 8. Room service was extremely slow 9. Towels were pathetic in quality 10. The location was horrible no big vehicles can enter easily

Rooms are good reception staff is very cooperative but the restaurant staff is rude not even ready to serve kids the hotel is not kids friendly food quality is also not good. The hotel is good for stay but not for food

Rooms are good and spacious .Breakfast can be improved ***** with tea .Otherwise the property is near everything Golden temple is just 2 km
