The location is really good. Even though the hotel is in the old part of the city with narrow lanes, it's just a walk away from the temple. The rooms are ok but quite small considering the tariff. And most importantly, their service is not up to the mark honestly. Ex. They asked us to carry our own plates to our room for dinner i. e. ground floor to second floor.

Wonderful experience. I had visited Golden Temple, Amritsar, on 10th November and stayed in Cozzet hotel for three days in Room No -403. One could not ever forget the experience of staying there. The food and service was uncomparable. The taste of the food was too good. I stayed there with my old mother and there was nothing I was not served with, warm slippers, room heater etc. Thanks to Mr Jasdev, the General Manager of the Hotel for gus hospitality I would recommend the hotel to each of my friends and relatives.

It charged me double the price for room for each day and still did not give the best of facilities. There was not much place for extra bedding in the room like rest of rooms and no breakfast included. Hotel is neat but first impression gone wrong for sure. We did online booking and expect worth the price support.

best service and staff a very pleasant and hygienic space to be with family and friends walking distance to golden temple the rooms are well maintained the staff is really friendly and polite! worth the price

This is nice hotel to stay very near to Golden temple and Jallianwala bagh both are on walking distance Staff is very Courteous and helpful Special thanks to Mr. Sourabh for being so kind and helpful

I had to write this review so that other traveller's are not misled by very good reviews. The property at best is an average property. The service is not upto the mark, you have to keep requesting for the same service twice/thrice. It is a good 10 minutes walk to the main temple area, so if you have any senior citizens better to look for a property closer to the Main temple area. Room and washroom were cleaned after highlighting more than once. Overall disappointing.

Hotel Room was neat and clean. Staff is very helpful and polite. We enjoyed our stay. As it is time and money saving too. Near by to Shri Harminder sahib (Golden Temple) . Special Thanks To Mr. Jasdev ji for such pampering.
