Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

We chose Best western merrion because of the brand and reviews. it is in a nice area in Amritsar and pretty close to the usual destinations one would want to visit. The room was as expected, the service was excellent but the food was average. They have a rooftop bar and restaurant which is a nice place to spend an evening if the weather is amenable. there is a tiny pool, good for kids to dip in and a gym with old equipment, some of them working. On the whole, food experience but they need to replace the gym equipment and make better food. it's Amritsar afterall

Property is in good location. Rooms was good. but only 1 lift make you wait for going up and down. Food quality is not upto the mark. Dinner we had was of terrible food quality. in breakfast, hardly any varieties and food quality was not good.

Stayed for 3 nights. Made us change rooms after the first night and renovations going on right outside our room from the 2nd day of our stay. Food was okayish. Cleanliness was average. Great location though.

Lots of restaurants and fast food near by.Breakfast was good lay out and lots of choices definitely come and stay at this property again!
