This is a beautiful resort with fabulous views of the ocean. We were able to watch the sunrise right from our balcony. The staff are so friendly and the service is outstanding. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They are all over the grounds and well branded. The property is very large and you can walk or take the bus to all of the shoppes, restaurants and putt putt golf on the grounds. Loved that everything was right there for us.

Caution to those making reservations, construction will be present (jackhammer, drilling, etc) constantly. Construction debris everywhere...no attempt to clean that up. No notice of construction during reservation communication from staff. My parents bathroom did not have water in the shower or tub...multiple calls made with no resolution. Lots of money spent, basic necessities were not met. The wait staff was wonderful... that was it. Do not stay here at the current time.

We traveled to the Omni at Amelia Island for our wedding anniversary. We can’t say enough good things about this resort and all of the amenities it provides. The pool deck was simply amazing just to look at let alone use! So many seating options and plenty of room for everyone. Our room was very clean just one little negative would be the shower floor. Grout was slightly aged and could use a little work. Other than that, the room was a nice size for two people and clean. I saw a lot of families there and there was plenty of space for everyone, there’s also a family pool, which was nice so the kids had a place to have fun. The restaurants are amazing with great food. The best part is the tram service to get you around. It was readily available and easy to use. The self parking feature works great too, we rented a car so we left the island many times very easy to get in and out of the parking garage. The cost of the rooms was appropriate to what you received with amenities. The beach view was unbelievable from our balcony. Everything was very clean. All the grounds are well manicured just a great place to stay.

Just wow, how bad can this be? 3 nights here during construction. So loud outside our room we can’t sleep! So loud at the pool from constant working in the balconies that the pool is not enjoyable. Our wedding party is complaining. Also some of the food and bar places are closed. Avoid this hotel!!!

Good trip overall, until I was on the pool deck and the male employee with the beard and glasses behind the towel stand was openly racist and mocked my accent to another employee as my wife and I walked away. While staying somewhere unfamiliar away from home, safety is extremely important to me and my family. If this is the standard for employees at the Omni, I will be thinking twice before I book another trip.

We loved the Omni Resort at Amelia! It was clean, accomodating, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, the fire pit, the new coffee shop and playing tennis.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were so kind and respectful and the atmosphere was so laid back. I felt like I was in first class on the Titanic! :) Loved the diversity among staff and guests! It was so nice to be able to just jump on a shuttle when we were ready to eat a meal, lounge in our room and look out on the ocean from our deck. So nice! My only criticism would be the need for support bars in the showers of each guest room. Each time I got in the shower, I felt like I was going to slip and fall. I was uncomfortable moving around in the shower and getting out. Loved the brunch at Marche' Burette''s! Add french toast and grits to the menu!

My stay at the Omni Amelia Island was absolute perfection from arrival to departure. You can tell the staff truly love their jobs — everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was spotless, spacious, and had the most breathtaking ocean view. I even slept with the glass door open just to listen to the waves all night. Our business conference was excellent, but the food took things to another level — a true 10 out of 10! The staff kept everything fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. Drink stations were constantly stocked, and the entire space stayed spotless the entire time. This is a place that gets every detail right. I can’t wait to return!

Great hotel for football weekend with friends. Our favorite Omni. Great experience starting from valet at motor court , check in with loyalty ambassador, rooms, pool experience , pool/bar/pool food staff. More expensive hotel on the island but none better. Always a great experience!!
