Always a wonderful experience. Staff is so helpful and friendly. This was my 4th time staying at Bella Vista and I'd definitely choose it again for my stay on San Pedro.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista Resort in San Pedro. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and well cared for throughout our visit. We stayed in the Tarpon Room, which was even cuter in person—with just the right touch of Belizean charm. The space was perfect, with a cozy living room, a small kitchen area, and a patio to enjoy the breeze. The pool is in a perfect spot with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was so relaxing to float in the pool while looking out at the water, and they have cute lounge chairs right by the shore to sit back and enjoy the sea breeze. It was about a 15-minute golf cart ride into town, which made it easy to explore while still enjoying a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We’d absolutely recommend Bella Vista Resort and would love to stay again!

There is a lot of things that jumped out at me that were just amazing. The staff first and foremost were first class. We never felt more safe and just taken care of. They were just amazing and the ambience. The atmosphere of the entire establishment was so cozy. Food is great.

The owner Mr. Mike was very friendly and accommodating. The staff was five star. The food was excellent five star.. the service and cleaning was excellent. The day was enjoyable.. We will come back again again

We had high expectations and they were absolutely exceeded. From first contact at the airport by Daid to the incredible accommodations right on the water, to the world-class food and service (every person working in the restaurant was smiling, kind, funny, and so fast), every day was perfect. Having lunch in the pool while watching the waves on the beach… just heaven. My wife and I got a couple’s massage on my birthday. When we finished, my family had hired Bella Vista to decorate my room and leave a chilled bottle of bubbles. Absolutely magical.

Bella Vista is such a cute little spot. It's not a glitzy high end resort, but it is clean, safe, affordable and in a great location on Ambergris Caye. The Crocodile Villa offers 2 rooms, 1.5 baths plus outdoor shower, a full kitchen and living room with plenty of seats. The deck is shaded from late morning on, overlooks the pool and has a nice view of the ocean. The staff at the resort is FANTASTIC. Very attentive and friendly. Since the resort is on the north side of the bridge, it has a more relaxed vibe, but it's still not far from many great restaurants.

One of the nicest rooms we've stayed in! Very clean, comfy bed, lots of room and very nice decor. Included breakfast was fantastic, as was everything we ate at the restaurant (shrimp tapas out of this world!). Went on a fishing trip and the chefs prepared our fresh fish beyond our expectations, with all the trimmings. The ambiance of this restauant was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful. Arranged transportation and excursions for us, and helped us resolved a problem that we had with one. This hotel is exactly what I dreamed my tropical holiday would be. We are hoping to return with our whole family soon! My kids want to meet Dakota!

This was a truly wonderful place to stay for my husband's & my first trip without kids. The accommodations were very comfortable & were an excellent location near water. The staff was incredibly fun, friendly & very helpful! The food was excellent & atmosphere perfect! My husband & I took sea kayaks out twice with snorkeling gear off the end of the pier which was free while staying at Bella Vista. This may have been our favorite part! My husband really enjoyed hanging our with the staff on the pier who were fun, helpful & knowledgeable about everything! This was truly an excellent find & I would highly recommend it!
