"Thankfully, we had an excellent driver as the way through the Castle gates was a tight squeeze for our Mercedes Vito. The way is just amazing and then, there you are at this wonderful little gem of an hotel. Just walking into the lounge/breakfast area meant that we had to stop for a Turkish tea which came with tasty muffins and little cake. Our room was excellent with a balcony overlooking the Black Sea and small pools underneath. Just stunning. The bed was comfortable, linen and towels all good. It was a breakfast buffet and great choices. The hotel is in a great location and we highly recommend a stay here. Unfortunately, we were only here for one night but would have enjoyed more."

"During our weekend trip to Amasra, our family stayed for one night at the Seymen Hotel. We parked our car in the hotel's parking lot and didn't move it until we left, as the hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of everything. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good considering the circumstances. We warmed ourselves with the air conditioning when it got cooler in the morning. I didn't see anything malfunctioning in the hotel. The 3rd and 4th floors have sea views. I don't think the other floors have a sea view. In fact, the 1st floor definitely doesn't have a sea view, as there are houses in front of it. You have breakfast on the rooftop with a beautiful view. We would like to go again if we have the opportunity. Thank you."

"Set fast, took the WiFi number and were constantly on the phone, good wifi , were able to watch movies in the evening, the room is not big but there is everything necessary: 1.5 l bottle of water, tea, coffee, ceramic cup, tea, refrigerator, condea, fan. In the bathtub bottle with soap and shampoo, 2 towels and beach towels, single soap slippers. Water pressure is excellent, with hot water no problems. Instead of a sub-mate, the beds are like in many Turkish hotels.In the room we were pleased with two albums with the history of the city and about the hotel. Entry to the beach is paid, lying about 600 lires. The sea is good, the beach is sandy. We walked through the restaurant at the end of the beach for free. When entering the hotel, a crane for sand washing. There are very many shops and cafes nearby. The prices in the cafe are not very different. Breakfast in the port, next to the parking lot. Menu in Russian. Parking car in the port 3 min walking 220 lira/day. We liked everything, only the shower was a little underflowing and had to press the carpet. And they didn't understand where to dry the floats, but asked them to be shy. In the town they fell in love: it was like to look at nothing, and in the old city such good pictures with views. Thank you for the hospitality, there will be an opportunity to come for more days."

"I marked it as 1 point in the comment, but it is a disgraceful hostel that does not even deserve 1 point. We came to relax for 4 days, but our first Amasra experience was ruined because of this disgraceful hostel and business owners. This hostel is a real mess! We had to choose this place just because it accepts pets. We looked at the photos and said that it is good and not bad. The important thing is that it is a clean room. I beg your pardon, every particle in the room is covered in *****! Sofa, bed, sheets, pillow cases. The worst part is that when you enter the room at that moment, you pay directly since you are not going to bed and they take the payment in advance from mobile transactions. We paid for the 2 nights we didn't stay and they threw the mess of the room on our cat. You can never reach the owners of the business, no matter what you say, they set up someone involved in the scheme who is in denial until the end. We cannot refund the fee, they even tried to give us the room so we could change the sheets! What would happen if the sheets were changed? The bed base and the seat would be sticky and our cat would stay there with us! We paid 2,700 TL for the room we did not stay in, just the cost of staying. There is such a conspiracy that to return to the terminal in the city, there are no buses at any hour, you have to call a taxi and we paid 750 TL for the taxi. Now we have barely canceled our future bus tickets and we will wait for hours, now our bus will arrive, we will not be able to reach Ankara before 7 hours!"
