We stayed in this 2 hotels in one and it was phenomenal! Management, Paige at the Front desk, and the rest of the staff did an awesome job taking care of us! We stayed here a year ago and definitely an improvement in the right direction! It was after 6 and it seems like the couple of people that were there were not enough but they handled their business.

Handy hotel restaurant after a long day of driving. Iveth and Vero did a great job with a smile and even got the Thursday Night NFL game on the TV which was no small feat. They both did a great job of making sure everyone was being taken care of. Very much appreciated. Excellent job young ladies. Thanks

Hotel itself was beautiful but above all else the staff was incredible, they were friendly, funny and so so helpful. Plus the restaurant was delicious!! Can't beat a hotel where you don't have to leave for food/drinks when you're just stopping for the night.

My boss and I stayed here at this hotel and I will say this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at for quite some time. I had a young lady help me with out check in, I believe her name was Christina. She was the sweetest young lady that I have met in a while. I loved her hair. She was very refreshing to deal with because she made checking in to the hotel fun. She does not seem like a manager but she should be because she had the demeanor of one and was very composed. We checked in pretty late so went straight to the room because we wanted to get up fairly early. The rooms were nice and clean and the Housekeeper even said hello to us in Spanish. Breakfast was fantastic! Hot and fresh! There was some guy named William there and he was on the ball getting the food out! Finally I dealt with Ruby at check out and that completed my perfect stay. You need more associates like that! She had a line of these guys, what I assume were construction workers, and she knocked out there reservations right away. Great job Four Points! You guys rock!

Clean room and Christine at the front desk was awesome polite and professional even when extremely busy!! As most of the front desk personnel but she stood out!!
