Close to downtown, restaurants, and shops. Private parking. Relaxing. We are also pet friendly and the property has a small fenced dog run (through the gate that has "woof").About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About customRules:Guest will park in the rear of residence via alleyway off SW 15th (east side of Fannin St.). Finding the alleyway was difficult at night and it was hard to navigate with a jeep wagoner but we were able to eventually find the place. The place was clean and the ac was great. Just wish the alleyway was easier to find and wider. Host was great about communicating.

Love this fantastic little unit. It's tucked away behind a house with access via the alley. It's wonderfully and thoughtfully updated and decorated with lots of little touches to make guests feel welcomed. I definitely recommend this unit and host!

Beautiful home
We stayed for our anniversary to explore Armarillo and this home did not dissapoint. We loved being there every minute. Its beauitful inside and loved the amenities that were there.
If we every come back to Armarillo, we are staying here again. 10/10 👍

Amazing experience
We loved to stay in this place! Very clean, cozy and well located. The property owner Tennessee is an amazing host, very nice lady, communicative and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Perfect!

Cute Spot
Really loved the look of the Loft, private parking spot was nice, and the owners were super easy to communicate with. Located next to some great food spots as well.
