"New hotel in a great location. The indoor parking was very useful, even though there are plenty of parking spots around the hotel. The rooms were very clean and well equipped with everything you need. It’s perfect for business trips as well as any type of holiday in Lisbon. "The location is good; you can reach the heart of Lisbon with just one means of transport. Otherwise, look for better options for the same price; you'll definitely find something. I've traveled quite a bit, and I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The mattress was uncomfortable, the room was very humid, the shower was clogged and never repaired, the housekeeping was lacking, hair was on the sheets, the plasterboard partitions between the rooms were audible, and the reception was non-existent. I don't even have a single positive thing to say...horrible."
