Quality Inn & Suites Altamonte Springs Orlando-North

Location: Great location to a lot of places and in a quiet area

My stay at Quality Inn Altamonte Springs was terrible. Upon arrival, the front desk employee was unwelcoming. I requested a non-smoking room and was given Room 249, which had multiple holes in the walls and doors, including one leading to an adjoining room. I documented the damage and soon discovered roaches in the bathroom. I called the front desk, but there was no answer. When the employee finally called back, I reported the issues, and he moved me to Room 112. Unfortunately, Room 112 was worse—despite smelling like Clorox, it was infested with roaches, making it impossible to feel comfortable. When I requested a refund, the front desk refused, and when Choice Hotels customer service tried to intervene, the employee declined to speak with them. Frustrated, I returned my keys and requested a receipt, but the employee refused, stating it would be emailed at 5 AM. When I asked for my keys back until I received confirmation, he refused again. His rude and unprofessional behavior, combined with the filthy, unsafe conditions, made this one of my worst hotel experiences. I strongly advise against staying here—management must address these serious issues immediately.

Arrival person unfriendly. Not even a “welcome. Not enough blankets. Very few towels. Not even one apiece - three persons in room.
