Kyriad Prestige Mulhouse - Basel ★★★★
"We stayed at Kyriad Mulhouse expecting a simple budget hotel. We understand that budget hotels offer fewer amenities, but there is no excuse for poor cleanliness or bad service. Unfortunately, our room was not clean, which made for a very unpleasant first impression. To make matters worse, the staff could not find our reservation upon arrival and insisted that we pay again, even though we had already booked and paid. This caused unnecessary stress after a long journey. A budget hotel should still provide clean rooms and competent customer service. Sadly, this hotel failed on both counts. We will definitely not be staying here again and cannot recommend it."
Hôtel & Spa RÉGENT Petite France by Stay Collection ★★★★★
"The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to most attractions. For Chinese people, Strasbourg represents 'The Last Class' (a famous short story). However, parking at the hotel was very inconvenient; I had to park in an external lot, which is a big downside."
7Hotel&Spa ★★★★
"Very clean hotel. Attentive staff. Excellent communication"
Hotel des Vosges, BW Premier Collection ★★★★
"The room was well-designed, but the cleanliness wasn't very good. The coffee stains on the cups hadn't been washed off. Considering it was only a one-night stay, I didn't change rooms. I brought my own bottled water anyway. The location is excellent, very close to Petite France and Strasbourg Cathedral."
B&B Hotel Sélestat Centre-Alsace ★★★
"Clean hotel. Fair price for the stay. Welcoming staff with helpful information."
LÉONOR the Place to Live by Stay Collection ★★★★
"Quick check in, Nice entrance, good location. Pillow, bedding are comfy! Room in good size. Quiet and modern design where I can have good rest especially I was feeling unwell! However. More improvement on staff training! 1) The hotel could inform us earlier to let us know the city centre is blocked for the Xmas market. 2) Instead of just passing me the city map, the Reception could have share more information about the city, and Christmas market info. 3) Housekeeping took more than an hour to send over amenities. Finally sent over after follow up call. 4) Housekeeping knocked my door at 10:30am despite I have my DO NOT DISTURB sign hang on my door. After I opened, the lady asked when am I leaving, ask their manager asked her to check on me. I was puzzled as I understand the check out time af 12noon, and I was right! I found this extremely ridiculous to knock the guest door with the sign hanging, for the sake of knowing when they can clean the room!!?? 5) Arrived on a Sunday, walked into the restaurant. No one serving or trying to ask for your need. After my approach, they only provide snacks/light eats. A la carte not available. Disappointing! 6) There was a person waiting near the hotel entrance at night time, yell at you for asking for money, and being rude if you don’t support. Overall, the hotel itself is nice! Need better management!"
Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Mutzig Portes d'Alsace ★★★
"Excellent."
Hôtel Diana Restaurant & Spa by HappyCulture ★★★★
"The room is clean and hygienic"
Kyriad Strasbourg Sud - Lingolsheim ★★★
"My family and I spent one night at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The reception staff is great. Honestly, a good hotel. The only problem is the lack of parking spaces, which is a shame. Furthermore, the hotel has five floors, and having to carry luggage up the stairs without an elevator is awful. The worst part is that we learned the elevator had been out of service for over a week. And despite this, we were still charged the hotel tax. Not even a discount for the inconvenience of the elevator being out of order."

La CHENEAUDIÈRE - Hôtel Spa - Relais & Châteaux
"Just like the previous review, it's perfect."
Maison Rouge Strasbourg Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection
"The location is undeniably a strong point: situated in the heart of Strasbourg's pedestrian zone, just steps from the cathedral, the hotel boasts a prime address. The reception staff are welcoming and friendly, which is a plus. However, the 5-star rating seems largely overrated—I would place this establishment somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. Unfortunately, the lobby sets the tone right from the entrance: dark and soulless, it offers neither warmth nor character. It falls far short of the attentive service one has the right to expect from a luxury establishment. The first impression is that of an ordinary hotel, well below its claims. The rooms are modestly sized and lack any particular charm. The bedding leaves much to be desired: insufficient pillows, no fitted sheet, and a mediocre duvet. The amenities betray a certain lack of maintenance: the tissue box was almost empty upon arrival, and the hairdryer was visibly outdated. Breakfast, priced at €34, is not justified. The buffet is basic and incomplete—the scrambled eggs, a must-have, arrived late and were served burnt. Such negligence is unacceptable for an establishment claiming to be luxurious. For a night at €262, the value for money is disappointing. Strasbourg is an international city, home to European institutions, and attracts a demanding clientele accustomed to grand hotels worldwide. Its proximity to the cathedral alone is not enough to justify a 5-star rating. Luxury is earned through the actual quality of services—bedding, food, amenities, attention to detail—and not solely through the prestige of its address. This hotel has potential, but a serious upgrade is necessary to achieve the excellence it claims to offer."
Pavillon Regent Petite France by Stay Collection
"The hotel location is great, but the room and services were poor. We were given a room in another building that felt abandoned."
Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Île
"Good hotel, room a bit noisy! Nice garden to stay"
Hotel Restaurant & Spa Verte Vallée
"Excellent hotel. With a gastronomic restaurant and a quality bar. The spa and the swimming pool are great. The breakfast is also very good. Nothing to say again. I recommend strongly !!"
Aparthotel Adagio Access Saint-Louis Bâle
"It's very close to Basel, just a few dozen meters from the border, and the price is much cheaper. There are small shops and restaurants around, all very cheap and suitable for those with a limited budget. It's not even close to the tram station. Take tram No. 11 directly to the city."
Lagrange Apart’Hotel Strasbourg Wilson
"Nicely located best the train station and with the city center 10 minutes by foot. The hotel itself could use some renovation, it seemed old but okay for a short stay. As for the room, at first I was offered a wheelchair room, which had small windows, twin beds, was not cozy at all, and also lacked shower chair. So I asked to be provided with a superior studio that I initially booked :) The room was spacious, with double bed, mini kitchen, washing machine, fridge, dishes and some kitchen utensils. It was enough for a short stay. The one thing that surprised me was that toilet and bathroom were separated in different corners of the apartment: toilet at the entrance door, and bathroom next to the bed, so you need to turn around three corners to wash your hands 🤪 But the staff was helpful and overall I was satisfied with my stay. Thanks!"

"The location is quite good. You can see the church spire and the train station from the window. It is very convenient to walk to the train station in a few minutes, and it takes more than ten minutes to get to Petite France."

"The accommodation was okay, but the price was a bit high."
