The room looks practically quite clean but still needs some attention to details like clearing out some dirty marks on the toilet door. The front desk clerks are quite friendly and able to accommodate special request.

The hotel is located quite a distance away from the centre of town but away from the husle bustle of the city. The room was small with little space to move. There is no elevator to the upper floors. We are thankful that the receptionionist changed our room from the third floor to the second floor. There is ample parking space for guests.

It’s a great hotel n easy to find. Clean n very near to many places like restaurant n shopping mall. The best part is near to NKVE exit.

As always good stay here, comfortable, clean and staff very friendly. 1 of the perfect choice for me to stay every time I'm visit Alor Setar. Definitely will be back and stay here. Room value for money!!!

I recently stayed at here, and it was exceptional. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with stunning sea views. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay memorable. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway!

Location is a bit far from city centre and airport. The hotel is at an industrial area and unless you have a car, you may find its diifficult to find foods
