Absolutely loved our stay at Grande Centre Point Surawong! The location is super convenient, and the rooms were spotless and spacious. Really smart touch having a sofa bed—it gave us that extra flexibility. The games room and gym were top-notch, and the pool came with a stunning view. Breakfast spread was impressive—great variety and quality. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!

amazing hotel room that was spacious, pristine clean and luxurious. service was impeccable and amenities were great - loved the free snack bar, very functional and big fridge in the room, gym, games room and rooftop swimming pool etc. toilet amenities were also very new and luxurious. definitely deserves the 5 stars to its name and will be back here whenever i visit bangkok only improvement i would wish for is if there is complimentary transport shuttle from airport to hotel as offered with many other hotels, but it’s not a big issue as it’s rather easy to get a grab at the airport too

I would like to express my gratitude to the front desk Chinese receptionist Ngek for her excellent service. She has a beautiful smile and helped us communicate and resolve booking issues effectively. The room was stunning, especially with the spotlessly clean windows that offered a perfectly clear and panoramic view. The housekeeping service was extremely prompt – our room was tidied up right after we finished breakfast each day, and it was always clean and neat whenever we returned. A special thank you to Ngek for the thoughtful birthday dessert and card – they were very touching. While the breakfast was good overall, there is room for improvement. The ingredients of the Eggs Benedict were adjusted, but unfortunately not for the better. We suggest reverting to the original recipe. We also appreciated being allowed to pack breakfast on our last day. Overall, our stay was highly satisfying. The service and room view were perfect, and we are very much looking forward to staying with you again.

This hotel is beyond our expectations. Hotel service was excellent, people were very nice, very clean. The only thing which can improve would be a bit more variety on the breakfast choices; we stayed here for 7 nights and after 3rd breakfast we were bit used to the same food. Location is good but not much (afaik) around the hotel. Also, as part of our booking we got tokens that we can spend on various ways: we used most of them on the massages. That place was so good, clean and professional, too. I definitely recommend this hotel

Perfect stay at Grande Centre Point Surawong., We come to stay with friends this time for the 3rd time. Hotel has grand view in lobby with Classic but modern Thailand decoration. Spacious room tidy and clean and comfortable bed is satisfied. Breakfast is satisfied with variety of choices, I think it's at good standard when we compare with other hotels. Staff are friendly always helpful. check in check out procedures are speedy. They also offer special tokens to us to redeem gifts like cups and shopping bags. this is very good point. Next time we will surely come back again.
