I arrived at the hotel very late and checked in smoothly. The hotel has an underground bath and the open-air swimming pool is small, but you can see the repaired hilltop church next to it, and the overall environment is good. I just came for work and didn't have time to enjoy the surroundings and facilities of the hotel. Recommended stay

Hotel and staff superb, location very central to amenities and places of interest, cathedral very close.
Spa was wonderful and we had a massage which was divine. Visited with my friend on quick overnighted en route to airport. We were so impressed we are booking for 2 nights next trip.

Location was perfect, we hired a car and parked in San Pedro Plaza car park, which was a 4 min walk from the hotel. Room was beautiful, spacious with a large bed, all amenities, great air con, coffee machine and a fridge replenished with water daily. Room was on the second floor and overlooked the small road at the front, although no street noise. Breakfast was on the roof terrace with stunning views. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage until the room was ready. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.

El mantenimiento del hotel deja mucho que desear. La cortina de una las ventanas estaba rota, por lo que no se podía abrir; esto, unido a que era la del baño, que estaba muy escaso de luz, hizo que me tuviera que afeitar medio a oscuras. El lavabo, atascado. La mitad de las luces del techo estaban fundidas. La habitación -una suite- amplia, pero muy desangelada. La cama cómoda, pero tuve que pedir que me cambiaran de habitación porque la máquina del aire acondicionado del hotel estaba justo sobre mi habitación y no se podía dormir del zumbido durante la noche. El concepto de "servicio" en el Buffet era absolutamente tercermundista, con una persona que atendía con una desgana y falta de profesionalidad de libro. En recepción fueron muy amables. Eso sí, te cobran la estancia completa nada más llegar, algo que no me había pasado hasta ahora nunca, y viajo un montón. En resumen, una decepción de hotel, con un emplazamiento digno de mejores profesionales.

Perfetto per 3/4 giorni di relax, la camera comfortevole, pulizia super, accoglienza ottima, posto centralissimo, la macchina la lascerete al parcheggio, piccola piscina sull’attico che ha reso il pernottamento ancora più bello!!! Ci ritornerei!!

Mi experiencia fue pésima. Comenzamos... las instalaciones del spa, carecen de mantenimiento. reservé esta escapada con tiempo, y uno de los días no reservaron los masajes acordados por escrito, sin darte mayor opción, la calefacción de la habitación a tope, un día de una calor extrema, tuvimos que decirlo varias veces, hasta que al final decidimos bajar el diferencial de la habitación. Una escapada romántica realizada con tiempo, se convirtió en una pesadilla. Cuando nos vamos, nos dicen que se pondrá en contacto con nosotros el Director/a para pedir disculpas por todo el mal trato recibido, y nunca más se supo. Habitación muy moderna, con un wc que tiene chorros para la limpieza, pero no tiene pared que separe el baño con la cama, solo como un pollete / barra, que obviamente, a mitad de la noche si tu pareja se levanta al baño, con la simple luz de baño, ya te despierta... se escuchan como las tuberías por la noche. Nunca volveré.. no es nada barato, una lástima por la ubicación que tiene....

Lovely small boutique hotel.., arrived before midday check i took no time at all and we were shown to our room straight away. Lovely big room overlooking the plaza. Shower was hot and powerful, plenty of toiletries. Bed was comfy and free still and sparkling water left for us in the fridge daily. Only gripe was the toilet, if you are nearly 6 foot then your knees were touching the glass door. Cleaned daily and spotless. We didn't have breakfast as plenty of place to eat right on the doorstep and at £18 each we thought that was a bit steep. Location of this hotel is great, loads of restaurants and tapas bar within metres. Short stroll (ten mins) down to the port and beach. Cathedral round the corner and also the market. Stunning views of the city and Alcazaba from the rooftop area which has sunbeds and a pool as well as a self serve machine to purchase wine, beer and soft drinks. We didn't try the spa so can't comment on that We stayed 5 nights over Easter and would def recommend.
