We have been pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Positives are the room is cleaned daily with new towels . Staff are lovely. Pool is good size , and most days we've had it to ourselves. Breakfast is OK good selection of pastries. Well located for nearby restaurants and beaches, Provided you have a hire car. Restaurant frescata next door is excellent also.

We needed 3 nights emergency accommodation b4 we could get into our appointment and booked this on line. We were going to arrive after midnight so I asked what their late check in arrangements were. I was advised I would be sent details of room number and there was a safe outside the front door of the hotel that would contain my keycard. No message arrived with details of my room number. When I arrived I opened the safe to find 3 keycards with no idea which one was mine so I had to take all 3 and look in each room to guess which one was mine. There was a sign in reception with a number to ring for emergency check in issues. I rang it twice and nobody answered! When I found my room which was a two bedroomed apartment with pool view I was disappointed. It was very scruffy and very poorly equipped. The beds were lovely and clean but the whole thing was very scuffed and old. The pool view was there if you were 6ft 7tall to be able to see it. The view I had was of a carpark and the back of the Fleresta restaurant next door. Just awfully. Overpriced and scruffy. The staff i met during my stay were all very nice.

Our stay at WOT was excellent… property was clean, the staff were excellent - friendly and helpful- the continental breakfast was great.. the beaches were close by - 5 min drive…and shopping as well - 15 min drive.
Also our room had a kitchenette which we loved… with a beautiful spacious patio overlooking the pool.. loved it..

Pool wasn’t available despite being advertised. Most guests were workmen who made a lot of noise at 5:30 am. Very dated and in need of a refurb. However, very clean, comfortable beds and has all the essentials. Staff were courteous and friendly.
