NOT so Super 8 was beyond nasty! VERY loud, smells like smoke & water pressure stinks! Although I was in a non-smoking room, I found 5 cigarette butts and a dead roach.

The only light that worled was inside the bathroom, no internet access, no ac, and the shower was filthy. Requested to change the room and denied. No refunds/credit.

Unfortunate
Apart from coffee, no breakfast was available during scheduled hours. Room was not clean, furniture was broken, 2 holes in our bathroom door ... but the bed was comfortable, and our floor was quiet. Not on our list for a repeat visit.

Needed a place to sleep to break up my trip. I didn't want anything extra just clean sheets and a shower that didn't scare me. I guess they don't have to be clean if there aren't any. Everywhere I looked something was damaged or just torn off the wall. I have never seen a worse location under a national brand.

This is by far the most disgusting hotel i’ve ever stepped foot in. I advise anyone who is planning a trip in this area to stay as far away from this hotel as possible…… photos below.
Customer service is horrible they lack morals and cleanliness.
Drug infested hotel.
The entire hotel smells of piss and cigarettes.

I have low standards for accommodations when traveling solo: I want a bed that is horizontal and a shower that sprays water. However, I do want to feel confident that said bed and shower *are clean*. My verdict was that the room had PROBABLY been cleaned, but the trash not having been taken out, a stray bottle cap, and smudges and hairs discovered on the shower wall suggests it was certainly not cleaned WELL. The decorative cover for the bed was wrinkly and had holes in it, the towels hadn't been restocked, and the sink was suspiciously slow to drain. Another red flag was that each time I passed the front desk there was at least one person with some issue they were trying to get help with. Really, I should not have stayed that night, but I was too exhausted to deal with the hassle of finding another hotel. At least I don't seem to have contracted anything.

Most disgusting, deplorable experience ever.
Breakfast was supposed to be included starting at 6:00am. By 7:30am, nothing had been prepared. Allentown Health Department had orange sign o front door stating that hotel was “Operating without a food service license because of non-compliance with food service sanitation.” Pillows were filthy. Bed spreads had cigarette holes in them. Carpet was never vacuumed and had cigarette butts and plastic bottles on the floor. Trash can had not been emptied. When I complained and asked for room change, desk clerk said the would send room service. They never came. When I tried to cancel the next night’s stay, the manager refused stating i that they hold to their “strict cancellation policy” A cursory view of other reviews show a LONG list of dissatisfied and unhappy reviews.
