We've stayed multiple times at this location. It is very convenient to the highway and places we want to go but compared to a recent stay at another HIE and other hotels in the area, quality is going down. Our room was at the farthest end from the road but the room A/C was noisy. The bath mat had multiple large holes in it. The bar of soap was so thin I broke it one handed. There were bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the shower but no other toiletries like lotion or makeup remover. Plus the pool was closed for maintenance. Front desk staff was efficient but wouldn't say friendly or glad that we were staying there. We did not eat breakfast here so can't speak to how it is.

Room needs paint on the door and bulbs in the ceiling fixture by the door. Room had a dirty towel on the floor and a black hair in the tub. No vent in the bathroom.

Overall, the staff & outside facility was good, but the working condition on the inside was all good. The room we stayed in the drainage in the bathtub was very slow. The tub was filling up fast while showering due to very poor drainage.

Overall a decent hotel. It had dirty windows, horrible orange juice, unexciting breakfast, so-so shower. Otherwise, the hotel was a typical Holiday Inn express. Bedding and furniture were decent. The TV's didn't have close caption.

I am giving the Holiday Inn 4.5 stars. I chose it on three criteria. It was well located for our events. It was a terrific price. It has the Holiday Inn reputation. You can’t beat the price. The nice breakfast bar had eggs, bacon, sausage, sweet rolls, bagels, fruit and juice, and Pancakes. Really anything you would expect. This is not a five star hotel by hotel ratings, but the mattress was better than mine at home. The rooms were clean. We did need to ask at desk for towels for our reserved three (and not only two), and a hair dryer. The reception desk was quite willing to accommodate. Also there was plenty hot water, but it took some time for the water to get hot.

All of the staff was friendly and very helpful love the 2 room suite very spacious and jacuzzi tub was amazing. Best hotel bed ever
