Not up to the mark
Hotel is 3 Star but.. there is no facility like this level. There is no proper breakfast even i have paid for breakfast.
Room service also not up to the mark.

No Parking and trying to mint money!
Here it goes-
1) No hotel owned parking, they will take you to a roadside parking which is away from the hotel and on the road , so you will not be able to access your vehicle and one might wonder how safe is their vehicle.
2) on extending your checking out time by 1 hour they might charge you with Rs. 1000. But if you combine them they might discount you.
3)On check out the hotel receptionist tried to charge us with 12% extra taxes which was unnecessary. When we enquired and investigated she just let it go and billed us without that 12% . She was bluffing and try to mint money.
3) lotssss of mosquitoes.
Overall rooms were okay with small kitchen platform, but faced problems due to parking and we understood they were trying to loot people and mint money their guest expense .

Location is good. Other than that no amenities to be mentioned. No kettle, no pool, no food available. Charges included breakfast but provides only one dish per person from outside. No lift available. Overall not good as compared to tariff charged and other peer hotels.

Location is good, food is not available at the hotel need to order from outside hotel as menu card given by stay hotel of 3rd party hotel and food price is high as compared to other hotels at location

They take full amount from us for breakfast but give us very bad breakfast. They charge us the same payment as pune and mumbai but that service is not available here. I keep the room clean. Boys below 18 years of age are kept here. There are a lot of mosquitoes here.

No amenities. No food service except complementary. Light cut all night ...AC affected in summer. Rooms were decent though but hotel had nothing to offer else.

Strictly for stay as no restaurant attached with this hotel. Central location and very near to st bus stand. Accessible from beach too. Somehow hot water didn't work properly.

Property is clean. Staff good. Got morning tea as per order immediately. Tv did not work almost all the time. It showed a qr code and asked us to recharge. They solved it once but it was the same the next day.

The resort location is easy to travel as nearby there is a bus stop and autorickshaw stand for transport. In addition, if you are travel-ling by ferry then ajanta and pnp transport drop locations are very close to the resort. The resort has a missing mini fridge and check in time is very late even though you apply for early check in.
